Its close to the beach, walking distance and the house has a lot of space. markets close by as well

4 big issues. 1.The price is not clear, you have to pay many taxes asside from the first price you see when seaching the house on booking. In my case it doubled the prince and was very inconvinient. 2. The address in booking is a different location then where the house actually is. This is very stressing onde you arrive and the hostess said this is something that many people go through but apparently they dont make an effort tô prevent from happening. Wich takes me tô issue 3. Comunication with the hostess was terrible all the way. Dont have a timely response, dont help you at all. When i arrived (at the wrong address that they have in booking), I was in the street for more then one hour waiting for the person Who would give us the key. She was more then one hour late and did not give us the correct address either. Wich made our arrivel, after a long trip, even ore stresfull. And to close the experience, we informed that our check-out would be 12:00 and it was accepted on booking. On the day of our check-out, the hostess changed it to 10:00 and said that the cleaning crew was arriving and we had to leave. At least the cleaning crew was very Professional and understanding, the oposite of the terrible hostess of this house. 4. There is no wifi and signal there is terrible wich also dosent help the communicaton

We have enjoyed our stay at Fornells. The property is really good and the service provided by the agency has been brilliant. The apartment was really clean.
