Not baby proof at all.... Lots of stairs and stuff all around. If you have small children. I would not recommend but for older kids and adults it was great!

What a great location! My family met up at the Lazy Lake as an inbetween location to ease traveling from NH and NJ. We spanned the age ranges from 2 years old to 76 and all of our needs were met and exceeded at this property. We had a party of 10 total and found more than ample space to spread out, plenty of sleeping room, and a bathroom on every level was a huge bonus. The amenities in this gated community are plentiful. North Beach is just down the hill with a small swimming area and plenty of picnic tables/grills. The Main Beach are is a short drive beyond the North Beach and hosted a pool, splashpad, snack shop, food and larger swimming beach. We spent a day at ClawsNPaws and the WallenPauPack Brewery for dinner (not to be missed). Our host was extremely responsive in communications whenever I sent an inquiry along. Lazy Lake gets 2 thumbs up from all 10 of us!

Loved this house, it looked exactly like it did in the pictures! Owner was very nice and responded immediately to questions. They made the rental process very easy. House was clean and offered plenty of cleaning supplies for us to keep it that way (especially when you have young kids:) Plenty of space and comfort for us to relax for a weekend getaway with friends and family!

We used this house for a post-covid family get together. There was plenty of room for 8 adults (3 couples, 2 singles) and 2 kids. The house has been recently renovated and a lot of care has been put into making the house comfortable for everyone. We used the amenity passes to take a short drive to the lake and the pool (pool was unexpectedly closed on Friday, but open on Saturday) and the kids had a great time. There is also lake access within walking distance; but it’s smaller than the main lake access. We drove into Scranton for dinner one evening and had a fantastic meal. The kitchen was well stocked for the two other family dinners we enjoyed. Peggy was a fantastic responsive host for the handful of questions we had.
