Location was good.

First disappointment was, when we arrived and tried to find the property. Instead of helping and giving the correct instructions, the owner was very rude! Disappointed with cleanliness. Spiders were all over the place. Since we had to share the fridge, we were robbed on the first day!

The rooms are really nice, clean and air-conditioned. You have also own nice bathroom in the room. Rooms and the kitchen are also sufficiently equipped. Big supermarket is close to accomodation. Unpaid beach is about 400 m.

On the photos there is one photo with grill. We looked forward to have barbecue however the owner told us that the grill has been removed and is not available anymore. We also couldnt buy and use own grill because it is prohibited to have barbecue next to house. The owner did not apologise and told us that there was no information about possibility of barbecue (the photo with grill was and still is part of accomodation presentation on booking.com). Although we paid full amount for accomodation through booking.com one month before we arrived, the owner also wants to pay refundable deposit for room one month before we arrived. I refused this request with the note that we will pay refundable deposit when we arrive. I think that it is inappropriate to want refundable deposit before you check the room and one month before arrive. Moreover required deposit was 80 € athough on booking.com is written 50 €. Finally we have decided on 50 € per room. Checkin online through their application was also really complicated. We were group of ten people from several places and the application did not allowed to scan our IDs separately and finnish our checkin. All must be done by one person through one application. When others scaned their IDs in their application it was not connected and checkin was not possible (scanned data from others were marked as still missing). We tried this from different devices. When I called the owner they told me that nobody else has the problem with connecting the data and I must do it somehow. The main Siofok beach is around 2 km away.

A lovely outdoor space where you can relax. The room is clean and the bed is very comfy. We also appreciate the little kitchen upstairs to make a small breakfast in the morning.

It could be noisy as the villa is at the junction. So be prepared for the noise from the traffic esp when sitting in the garden. It was ok at night and did not disturb our sleep. The bathroom needs a dehumidifier as it gets wet and dam quickly. Also, you need a car to get to the town center as the villa locates at the edge of the town center. It took me 40mins to walk.

Towels and cleaning not done during the stay! Small amount of toilett paper(one and a half roll)! No mirror in the room (just one in the bathroom)!

Peaceful surrounds, spacious, luxurious room, very clean, at a safe distance from the party center of the city. Very friendly staff.

It is a nice little guesthouse at some distance from the city center and the lake; best for people with their own means of transport. Also, the default payment is bank transfer. For guests from outside of Europe other means can be negotiated, just contact the venue.

Have a terrace with fresh air and beautiful plants.

Lack of hairdryer after swimming to be back. Not as website pictures showing there is no kitchen inside the flat.Crowed for 4 persons.

Everything was perfect. The hostess was the nicest person! She was always smiling and she was really kind. Rooms were beautiful and perfectly clean!
