We stayed here for the Oceans Calling Festival and it was great! Location was perfect as we could hop on the bus right in front of the convention center. The condo was sparkling clean and Terry had thought of everything to make us feel at home…we loved snacking on the chocolate chip cookies when we arrived! We were also amazed at the view of the bay when we opened the condo door - beautiful. Terry made everything so easy for us and he was also super responsive to messages. Best VRBO experience ever! Thanks Terry!

As usual property was excellent, location perfect. We were there during the storm. The owner contacted us to give instructions on parking to avoid any issues with car. I will stay again and tell all my friends!!!

Terry’s place was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The location was great too - walking distance to restaurants and the beach. The view of the bay from the deck was everything. My husband enjoyed easy access to the pier for fishing. We went to the pool several times. It wasn’t crowded and the water temperature was perfect. We also liked that we could walk to the beach at Castle in the Sand/Coconuts where we could grab drinks and food to take on that part of the beach. Terry was very responsive and a great host. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in OC - highly recommend!

We loved our stay, property was great. Enjoyed beautiful sunsets on the bay from the porch. Nice extras supplied. Chocolate Chip Cookies on arrival were a nice touch. Quick walk to the beach. Definitely would recommend!

This property is an all time 5 star. Everything was perfect from the beginning (check-in) to (check-out). We didn’t have to bring anything but our clothes. The fridge was filled with ice and bottled water. Homemade cookies on the counter for us which were amazing. Instructions and communication with host was amazing. Looking to book same spot next year. Thanks Terry😊

This place is not only gorgeous and very up to date with the interior, but also extremely clean and well equipped with everything you need from kitchen supplies to bathroom supplies. The hostesses was amazing at communicating and we had a seamless check-in/check-out. The views are 11/10. Would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay was two weeks in this wonderful condo. Sunsets on the porch. A short walk to the beach. Boat slips (available for a fee) enabled quick trips on the bay. Pool fun for all as well. We were blessed with wonderful weather which meant a lot of time outside but even when in the condo, everything was perfect. Comfortable, Clean, extra amenities....everything we need to eat in or pick up and eat on the porch.
Terry's communication was clear and quick even though we didn't have any issues. Check in was easy. It is clear cleanliness is a priority for her. The location is within walking distance to so many things...boardwalk, restaurants, bike riding and more.
The chocolate chip cookies were a hit after traveling as well.
We have already booked for next year.

Would recommend this property to anyone visiting OC. Great location to the convention center and close to the boardwalk. The property was as listed. Very clean and had everything you needed. Thank you so much it felt like home.

Group of four stayed in the two bedroom condo. Enchanted with the place, very modern and clean. Host quickly responded to all communications and was very thoughtful with details, such as fresh cookies on arrival, water bottles in fridge, bathroom toiletries, etc. Two parking spots right in front of our unit, super convenient, even though we ubered all weekend long! The view from the patio was AMAZING! Bay literally feet away from you...watched a stunning sunset. Highly recommend and we will definitely return!

We LOVE this property. We have stayed 2 years now every March and it is like a home away from home. It was just as clean this past stay as it was the first time we stayed a year ago! Cute little hot cocoa bar set up which my 11 & 13 year old girls LOVED! So relaxing looking at the water from the back porch. Very convenient and within walking distance to many different shops and restaurants. We will always try to stay here when coming to Ocean City.

We were in the area for our daughter’s volleyball tournament which was right next door at the convention center. Location was perfect. The condo was exactly what we wanted. It was very clean and the owner provided little extras just in case we didn’t remember to bring something. The bottled water was a huge plus! Will definitely rent again!

What can I say?! Clean, beautiful, well kept, lots of perks in the property including fresh baked cookies at check-in. Sunsets are beautiful on the deck and we walked up and down the boardwalk during the day. Would book this place again and again.

We loved the condo and the views! The little extras like stocking paper products, waters, coffees and snacks was not expected but truly appreciated and is what will bring us back! Very nicely decorated and very recently renovated. Thank you Terry!

There are hundreds of condo/hotel options in OC during the summer, but my family didn’t need to look through all the options to find a perfect place for us. We’ve been here before and will be here again.

Over all the Condo was clean and comfy.. The fishing was good off the docks. Just wished we caught bigger fish...LOL The only complaint I have is I wished the neighbors were more friendly. Tried to be nice and say Hello to a few and they just blew us off. Oh well...Otherwise we had a wondeful time!!

My cousins and I stayed here to celebrate some family we had lost. When we got there, the place was gorgeous! We were so happy to have found a place that was so amazing!
It was close to everything and was such a peaceful and calm place to stay. Can not recommend this place enough. You will not be sorry.

Hands down the best rental I’ve stayed in. Whoever cleans this property does an outstanding job- it was immaculate! The condo itself was gorgeous- updated and well stocked with everything we needed (and the chocolate chip cookies were just what I needed after a long drive)! This location was perfect for our little family! The water view was stunning and it was wonderful watching the bay while enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. It was also super quiet which was perfect for our 1 year old. Very close to everything we wanted to do too. The parking lot filled up quickly though and we had to park farther away at times, but it wasn’t awful. We will most definitely be staying here again in the future!

I really appreciate a property that matches it's description. No disappointment here. Beautiful, Affordable, Clean Home with a magnificent view. (Saw dolphins, a turtle and lots of human fun activities too) Even the supplies around the house have been well thought out and made our stay even better. We will return soon!

Phenomenal Beach Stay!
My husband and I were extremely impressed with ease of the check-in process, the aesthetically beautiful, renovated home and the well-maintained structure! It felt like our home away from home; which is exactly what we needed, with our toddler. From the delicious chocolate cookies when we first walked in, to the extra toiletries provided, the well stocked kitchen and cleanliness of the home, we couldn’t be happier! We’re for sure, looking forward to staying there, again! Thank you Terry, for your awesome hospitality!

The Best Experience Ever!
The Check in process was very easy and we appreciated getting in even earlier than we had hoped!
The cleanliness was superb! The things that the owner had supplied for our use was above and beyond what anyone else has ever done!
We did not have any reason to contact the owner while we were there since we didn't have any reason to.

Best Host and Property EVER!
It is always the little things that are Greatly Appreciated. The cookies left for us, along with so many thoughtful items, like chilling glasses for beverages, bathroom stocked with all the things you need and may have forgotten down to Sunburn Gel!. Kitchen supplied with paper goods, and all size plastic bags, as well as condiments and snack foods, coffee and tea!. The property is maintained excellently. The only thing if I had to think of something that could have been useful would be a full length mirror but outside of that it was the perfect place to stay, and I would not only Highly recommend, but plan to rent again!!
