I loved my stay in this condo. Water pressure was lacking. When checking in the woman at the desk was a huge help considering I had not been given the code to get in the door of the condo. She contacted the owner for me.

The place was nice and clean, and the walk to the beach was very convenient. There were pots and pans as well as nice TVs in the condo, which was a plus. However, there is no view of the beach, nor is there a private balcony as described. The air conditioner in the bedroom was extremely noisy, making sleeping difficult. The shower had little to no water pressure, which did not make showers very enjoyable at all. There were also some obnoxious noises going on throughout the entire day for 2 days. I tried reaching out to the owner a few times, but did not get a response. I was not very pleased with our stay, but the location is definitely prime.

This is a nice little 1st floor condo in a great location. Unfortunately, when we arrived for self check-in, the condo was not cleaned and ready for us, and it was quite some time before we could reach the manager or owner. Just as we had started looking for another place to stay, we heard back from the manager, who was very apologetic and said that someone was on their way to clean the unit. So... we needed to leave while the unit was cleaned and weren't able to check in til much later than planned. The manager promised a credit for our inconvenience, but it's been over 2 weeks since that conversation, and no credit has been issued. Based on other reviews, I'm guessing this is an unusual experience for this property, but it sure started our vacation off negatively...

Small but cozy enough for 2 adults.

The place was infested with cockroaches. We immediately left the property when we realized and only stayed one night of a week long booking. We drove all the way back home to PA because we have a baby and we actually found one on him. We just couldn't stay any longer. I reached out to VRBO and the property manager/owner immediately and repeatedly for a refund and both parties refused. The property manager said I was either lying or brought the cockroaches in myself. Not a chance. Do yourself a favor and google the name of this realty company and read the reviews before you book! You will see what kind of place this really is. Lost a vacation and a bunch of money. Last time I go to SC and last time I book through VRBO.

Great location with easy access to the beach. Great place to stay for 2 people. Would be nice if the bathroom had extra hooks to hang towels. Would stay again. We had no problems and staff were very friendly. Owners were great we had to change our reservation due to illness and they accommodated us. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing. Not crowded this time of year! We brought our own hair dryer after reading other reviews. Everything else was perfect! I think we would go back!

Great stay at the property very good for what we needed… Only issue I had was air conditioning leaked onto you while sleeping, and the smell of the condo.. will stay again, but I’ll bring glade air freshener

Unit was nice. It was clean and nicely decorated and as described in photos . It was just across the beach which was perfect for us and the pool was just outside the room which our kids loved. Cherry grove was a nice quite beach town away from the more crowded & hectic Myrtle beach proper area which worked better for us. We had some issue with the lock & WiFi but the manager responded pretty quick. Some suggestions for owner might be to have a small hair dryer and maybe a small iron & iron board. Also some more hooks to hang wet towels. Between a family of four using the bathroom towels and our own beach towels everyday we didn’t have enough places to hand up our wet towels.

Beds were comfortable and a short walk to the Cherry Grove pier. Only issue we had was with the door. Figured out that you have to pull on it for it to lock and unlock or it gets stuck. We really loved the place! Thanks for a wonderful vacation. We would love to come back sometime.

Everything great except drunk people at the pool till late at night and they were very loud

I really enjoyed having a very short walk to the beach. Having the pool right outside the room was also a plus too. The bed linens and towels were very clean. When you lay down in bed you could smell the laundry detergent on the bedding. The overall experience we had was good. We did experience some internet issues that were hard to resolve since there wasn’t a router located in the room. The internet was very spotted and only worked in certain locations in the room. When I contacted the host about the internet issues they did try to resolve the issue for me. Without having a router in the room the issue couldn’t be fixed. The other thing that we found was no matter how many times we swept the floor we found it to be a little dirty. I think if a mop would have been supplied the floor wouldn’t have been an issue for me.

Amazing location and place. Steps away from the beach and intercostal waterway. Steps away to water and calm. Clean unit and property, easy access to attractions in the area. Quieter and not as many people as it is North Myrtle Beach.

Condo was clean and as listed. The renting process was very smooth. Had a great time was the perfect place to stay for a week at the beach. Beach access is right across the street.
