The hotel is in a beautiful village right next to the mountains. Only less than 5 minutes walk to the park visitor center where you can buy the shuttle tickets and boarding the bus. We stayed in the family suite, very spacious and clean, with windows on three sides of the rooms, good view from all the windows. It also has a small balcony where you can see the stars at night. Parking is right inside the building, very safe, need to reserve in advance, Euro 10 per night. There are small supermarkets in the village where you can buy foods and veggies.
The double bed is not very comfortable, pillows are too high for me.

Torla is a beautiful place and very close to Valle de Ordesa. The hotel is very nice and authentic. Most of all, the hotel personal are so nice and give perfect service, especially Raul the hotel manager. Raul help us so much in planning our trip and we had so much fun talking to him.

Great very very helpful staff, great central position in this charmng town, parking (payable) and our room had a kitchen enclosed within furniture, complete wirh fridge, sink and microwave. Very cleverly done. Every hotel room/suite should have one!

The town is quaint and this hotel is very central. The staff were so friendly. Breakfast was worth the extra cost. The family room we had was comfortable and roomy, the balcony was great!
I would have preferred an electric kettle to the microwave for making tea and coffee. Next to the bed was only one socket so either the phone could charge or the reading light be plugged in, but not both.

My second visit to Villa Russell, and won't be my last. This area of the Pyrenees is so beautiful and Torla is a little jewel. The staff at Villa Russell are very friendly and efficient, and help to make it feel like a home from home.
Great rooms with great amenities, comfortable and scrupulously clean. This is how every hotel should be run! I'll be back again!

We spent a couple of days in this hotel and were blown away by the value for money. We enjoyed a small studio apartment with its private patio. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful at all times of day. In the evenings the courtyard bar was very relaxed and informal (especially if you like 80's hits!), yet closed early enough that we were not disturbed at all. The town itself it super charming, and set in an amazing landscape.
Really can't think of anything substantial that could have been improved.

The location is in the central part of town, near most restaurants, and easy for short walks. The room had an equipped kitchenette, which proved unexpectedly useful. The lady at reception was exceedingly nice, from helping us with the car park procedures to suggesting options for our extremely early breakfast, which we had to have before the breakfast room was open. We had to make last-minute changes to the reservation, and we were pleased by the cooperative and helpful approach.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. As it was summer, we reserved onsite parking and were impressed with the convenience of the location. Room size was very generous and, even though we planned to eat-out, there was a kitchenette to prepare small meals. Wonderful views of the surrounding area and the location was ideal for hiking in the Torla-Ordesa area. Definitely one to repeat.
We missed having air conditioning but this was not a major issue.

Very good situation in the center of the village, friendly staff and very nicely equipped apartment with a small terrace.
We have booked breakfast in advance but then we were told that we can't take it before 8 am, which was too late for our planned mountain trips. In the end they charged us two breakfasts that we did not have.

Great location for restaurants and the bus to Ordesa valley. Friendly and helpful staff.
COVID measures strictly followed to the extent that we had to point to what we wanted from the buffet breakfast and then it was brought to us which felt a bit weird.
Shower not great, low water pressure and room quite hot.
