Property was exactly as advertised: very quiet & peaceful, but close to everything in town. Clean, comfortable and well-equipped. We enjoyed the BBQ and having a fire in the outdoor fire pit. Despite the unusually cool & wet weather, we had a good holiday. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect for my mom and I. We came and went to basketball games and worked out at the El Pasco YMCA( less than 10 minutes away). After our running we found the house comfortable and easy to relax in.

Enjoyed our week at this quiet little home. Was in town working on my private pilot license at the local airport. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the close proximity
to Tampa, St. Pete and Clearwater. Will visit again when I’m in Zephrhills

Great little one bedroom, one bath home in a country setting in the middle of town. Clean and comfortable perfect for two. Was a great home base for visiting the Zephyrhills area and family. So much nicer than staying in a hotel.

Jennifer takes pride in this property and it shows in the attention to cleanliness and superb condition of the property. Best to find it during daylight. Secluded but friendly fellow campers. As rural Iowans my wife and I liked the down home neighborliness of the two trailer campers. The owner was on site at the time of our stay. Great for anyone wanting to experience manufactured home in Florida

Nestled down a laneway, away from busy highways and traffic the accomadations did not disapoint. Clean, modern, spacious one bedroom module home with all the emenities, even a bbq and washer and dryer!! Owners very friendly and super accomadating. We highly recommend this property for a relaxing getaway/vacation. 10/10.

This was the perfect little place for us! It was nice to come home to our own place rather then having to go stay in a crowded hotel! It was in the perfect location, close by to anything kind of store you could possibly need. We were actually there to visit family we had not seen in years and it literally ended up being only 5 minutes from them, which we did not know ahead of time just how close it was actually going to be. So that made it even more perfect for us! Would definitely stay here again!

This place was more than I expected! A cozy little cabin tucked away from everything but minutes from anything. Definitely a home away from home. Jennifer and Greg are fantastic! They were informative, accommodating and very helpful. Highly recommended!

The property was modern, clean and quiet. Still, a short drive, (1/4 mile maybe) put us close to all the stores and services we wanted as part of our vacation. We would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend!!

Sweet cottage
This cottage was just perfect for two people. Very clean, nicely furnished and decorated. It was the perfect home base for us as we were visiting various areas for the week. Don’t hesitate to book this if you enjoy quiet, casual and peaceful surroundings!

My only suggestions would be the addition of a full length mirror somewhere and removing the egg carton foam from the bed. Unfortunately, instead of making it extra comfy it made the bed lumpy and hot and I woke up with my back feeling like a pretzel every morning

This cabin was perfectly placed in a great hidden gem location that’s right in the middle of town, very comfortable, clean and quiet. Highly recommend it if your in the area, Jennifer has everything you could need there and is very reliable property owner

This property may be a "tiny home", but it's very spacious, containing a full size bathroom and kitchen. The wooded lot and winding driveway add to the appeal. Ease of booking, cleanliness, location, and ambiance, I would book this property again and recommend it.
