As always had a great time. Perfect for the 6 of us. Our favorite place to stay on the strip. Close to everything but always far enough back away from the hustle bustle. Can't wait to come back next year :)

Enjoyed our stay for a quick getaway, maintenance crew was responsive and installed new showerhead for us, only negative is some windows had no shades and others were a little to sheer for privacy reasons, other then that we had a nice stay especially enjoyed screened in porch.

Fire pits are wonderful & cabin is updated & clean!

WE ENJOYED THE PROPERTY AND THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT. LOVED BEING IN THE HEART OF EVERYTHING. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS AND DEFINITELY CONSIDER STAYING AGAIN TOO. (ONE SUGGESTION: CHECKTHE WATER PRESSURE IN THE SHOWER. IT BARELY TRICKLED OUT AND TOOK FOREVER TO SHOWER).

Location was perfect for our weekend. Nice cozy cottage it worked out perfect for the 3 of us.

There was a group of 5 women in my group. This property was a little hard to find, but wonderful once you get there. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything you need, and the outdoor space was great. It was within walking distance of all the fun too. We very much enjoyed our long weekend!

First time. We found the entire experience, from booking, paying and using the property to be excellent. Property was exceptionally clean on our arrival. 5 stars. We will certainly revisit.

This is a two bedroom unit (cottage 8) that is pretty much as pictured and advertised. The one bathroom is downstairs with 2 bedrooms upstairs and a futon down. Place could accommodate a family or two couples. A bit funky with the shower in one room and sink, toilet, and mirror in another - Could be a choke point for larger parties. It is clean and in generally good repair. It is however a bit tired due old/cheap window treatments with some broken louvers and some places that need paint (e.g., the screened porch). Well equipped in terms of barbecue and cooking stuff, no closets in bedroom but lots of places to hang stuff and even an iron and ironing board. One potential issue was a screened door for screened porch that would not shut and significant holes in one of the screens. We were there late in August so did not have issues with mosquitos but if the screen and door issue was like that earlier in the year it could be an issue. The unit is right by a fence next door to a bar. This was not much of an issue because we were there during the week and late in season but I could see the noise being an issue for some when things are busy. Overall it was as expected and better equipped than I think you can hope for. Worth the money.

Great accommodations. Loved the yard with fire pits and wooden Adirondack chairs. Very peaceful.

The house had everything we needed, just like being at home. We loved the screened in porch & swing. When we first arrived the internet wasn’t working, a very nice man was there in 5 minutes to fix . Service on that A+. Just a wonderful place to stay , we had a great time ! Can’t wait to do it again .

Great place to stay for a girls weekend away. Cottage 9 has the feel of an old farmhouse with all the comforts you will need. Conveniently located within walking distance to everything on the strip. The fire pits and provided firewood was a very nice touch.

This house was perfectly placed in order to have privacy yet be close enough to walk to all of the local hot spots.

A little smaller than anticipated. Great for 4 folks but 5 was a little small. They need a new futon for those that need to sleep on it but was terrific for winery hopping which is what we did.

Cute little cottage! Right in the middle of the action. Place is clean and has what you expect. Check in is simple as it gets. One door could use some work to make it more secure but wasn't an issue. The fire pits out back are great.(easy-grab wood stacks right there) Maybe making one to be used just for this little cottage would be a plus but not a big deal. Met some good people there. Only thing we had an issue with was that checkout is at 11am. The majority of the brunch places and all wineries in the area do not open until 12noon. Would be nice to be able to checkout at noon. That being said, we would rent this cottage again. Highly recommend if you are looking for a fun atmosphere right around the action. A full day of visiting wineries, followed by relaxing for a bit at this cottage, and simply walk over to the strip to continue an evening of fun before retiring to the firepit just out the back door. That makes for a fun weekend.

The thing I was most impressed about is the cleanliness of this place! I am very particular with that so it’s very important to me. The property is located pretty much on the strip. We were close to two bars that had live music until 3AM. But I always try and look at the bright side, my little girl and I were able to go on a walk every morning on the strip because it was so close😁 I also met the cleaning ladies Saturday morning and they were very nice 😊 I probably would stay somewhere a little more off the strip if I were to ever go back but that’s just me.
