How dirty it was when we arrived. All the time I had to spend cleaning it before bringing my families items in. I've mentioned this and no one cared they just wanted my hard working money

That the location was on the oceanfront

The apartment had many many things that needed to be fixed and replaced as well as deep cleaned. I took pictures and for what it cost me to stay there it was very disappointing. Black mold in the bathroom, stained shower curtain, stains on the bed sheets in two rooms, broken handle and lock on the sliding door and many other things. Very poor and too pricey for the condition. The washer was broken and had to be replaced only to have the second washer not work as well.

Location was fine! Services and cleanliness was awful!!!

If we could of had a working washer and clean towel and toilet paper and maybe a cleaner bathroom our stay may have been better

false advertising for gym. appt. was dirty . Sticky floors, wasn’t painted , screened door not attached, furniture was taped together, nothing in kitchen ex:salt and pepper , baggies , ( what you use replace it before you leave) I would not go back to that condo. maybe another one in complex.

pick up for keys was about 10 min from property, so not too bad

1 commode is all that would work, took about 3 days to get a repairman to come and he did not get it fixed so we only had 1 commode the whole time

Not the cleanest and the staff would not accommodate us to put on suitcase somewhere till 4pm check in we arrived by plane at 11
