This was our first visit to Destin
It could not be any better
Condo is in a great location right on the beach,swimming pool right downstairs

The location/beach is beautiful, unfortunately we only had one day of good beach weather. The walk to and from the beach was difficult for my in-laws and son with special needs. The condo was clean but the sliding glass door is difficult to open/close. The faucet in the master bedroom shower/tub is also difficult to maneuver. Communication with the owner was very easy, we would stay here again if it was just me and my husband going.

The condo is clean and in pretty good condition. A bit smaller than it appears in the pictures but it worked for us.The view is the best part of this unit. It overlooks the dunes and jetty. My wife did not enjoy the very long walk to the beach made longer by the hotel chairs taking up a large portion of the beach. We decided to drive to a different beach for a shorter walk and clearer water(the water in front of the condo was green).The kitchen is well stocked. The batroom fans are pretty loud and the sliding glass door needs adjusting. It is very hard to open and close it. More storage would be nice. We had a hard time finding places to put our stuff.The beach cart is awesome. The chairs and umbrella are just ok. We enjoyed the pool when it was not super crowded. The pool is small so it filled up pretty easily. The location is tucked back on the point so it takes a while to drive in and out but there is very little trafic back there which is nice. The owner was very helpful and answered all of our questions quickly. We enjoyed our stay. Not bad for the price paid.

This condo was beautiful. Tastefully decorated and in the perfect location at what we believe to be the prettiest spot in all of Destin-right by the Jetty’s. The owner was very responsive and readily available when we had questions (which wasn’t often). We hope to visit here again SOONER than next year, but definitely plan on making this our new summer vacation spot.

Unit had more than we ever expected in it. It was immaculate the location the view and the relaxation was absolutely priceless. We definitely are booking again next year same unit I hope.

The room had everything we needed. The air stopped working in the middle of the night. I texted Jason at 130 in the morning, not expecting an answer until the next day, and heard back from him within 30 minutes. He had someone fix it the next day.

My family and I enjoyed our stay!! It was right on the beach. The unit was very clean and had all the necessities. The reason for my 4 stars was due to being awaken by so much noise from the unit above. It started early in the morning and start up back up later in the day. Besides that it was great waking up to a beach view and watching the activity taking place on the beach.

The condo was very clean and organized and had what we needed to cook and stay. It's location is right by the beach which made it easy to spend time on the beach. Jason was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to communication.

We were scheduled to get into town earlier than normal check in time. However, through communication, accommodations were made so we could get in without waiting around. The kids enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beautiful beaches and water! My kids learned how to boogie board with the ones provided. The location was perfect, we don’t think we want to stay anywhere else when we come back!

We have a small check in problem and the property manager and owners solved in immediately and made sure that our stay was spectacular. This condo has new owners as of this year and they are doing everything possible to make it a great getaway. A few minutes walk down to the beach made it perfect for a relaxing weekend.

The property manager was prompt and always kept in contact with us. It was a very clean unit and we loved that it was right by the jetties where were there was tons of wildlife. It’s in a perfect location in town around all the restaurants and shopping and none of the traffic. I think the only recommendation I might make is that there should be some small upgrades in the unit like larger bedside tables and larger lamps. Other than that everything was organized and placed appropriately.It was a wonderful vacation thank you jason.

We loved the location of the condo and how the scenery included the pool off the balcony and an ocean view from the living room area. However, navigating through the water that remained inside several places along the winding path to get to the room was a bit difficult carrying luggage and trying to get an elderly person up to the 2nd floor without slipping and getting hurt. Something needs to be done.

Beautiful views from every room and easy access to the beach. Very clean and stocked with the basics. Just minutes from shopping and great parking. It was family friendly, quiet with the corner room on the second floor right by the stairs to the pool and then straight to the beach! Highly recommend 😊

Dolphin views!
We were very pleased with this property. It is beautifully decorated and very cozy. The kitchen is fully stocked with quality items for all your food prep needs. The master bed was firm and comfortable. The second bedroom we expected bunk beds however there was a queen bed. We found a twin mattress in the closet that we put on the floor after a little rearranging. It worked out great. The views were spectacular! We could sit and watch the dolphins swimming in the bay as we ate breakfast. This condo is also a short walk to the beach and they even have some beach chairs available to use. Parking is easy and plentiful. We had a wonderful vacation and so happy with this place. We will be back!
