We had a wonderful vacation at this property. The location is excellent, just a few walking minutes away from the beach. The house was spotless when we arrived and it easily accommodated our family of nine. The furniture was comfortable and there were plenty of dishes and silverware. We particularly enjoyed having a large living where the whole family could be together to read, watch TV, or play table games. The large kitchen table was also s big plus, as it allowed us to enjoy our informal meals together. Caroline,, the property manager, was easily reached, professional, and responsive. I felt the lack of shades in the primary bathroom was problematic, but she promptly made arrangements to have temporary shades installed. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends and I hope to return in the near future.

This home fit our group perfectly. 6 friends and their significant others as well as myself shared this home recently for a wedding get away. The rooms were large and accurately listed allowing for private space and individual bathrooms allowed for plenty of room for a larger group. The outdoor space and pool were seemingly much bigger than we thought based on the pictures and the large basement with garage stored our groups golf clubs nicely. Caroline was very easy to reach and responded quickly to any “beginner” questions which was a relief since this was my first time using this site to rent. Having such an easy time reaching her allowed for my nerves to be calmed and a smooth process all around. The home was well kept, had all the amenities listed and even a few extra which were a bonus. I will be recommending this house to any friends and family looking to stay in the area and will keep it pinned in my profile for our next visit!

This was the perfect house for my friends and I during a golf trip. Its a short walk to the beach and very close to the courses. House was in great shape and the owner was very responsive.

This home was perfect for our large three generation family. It was probably the cleanest home in our 27 years of renting with VRBO! Caroline (manager) was helpful and addressed any needs or issues we had. The kitchen was very well stocked with spices and herbs. Thanks for the two slow cookers and Keurig. The flatware was plentiful and heavy (if you have rented other homes, you know how flimsy and sparse some homes’ supplies are). The bed linens and towels were luxurious. Numerous beach towels too!! The pool was perfect and the deck always partially in the shade, which is wonderful in the hot SC summer. The nearby beach was perfect, flat, sandy and not crowded. Bikes and beach chairs added to our comfort and carefree week. This was a Perfect week in Kiawah.

This is a beautiful, well maintained and spotlessly clean house. The location is great as it is very near a boardwalk entrance to the beach. My husband and I, my two kids and four grandkids all thoroughly enjoyed our vacation.

I highly recommend this house. We had a great stay and there was plenty of room for our group of 12. The house is very comfortable with many areas to hang out. The kitchen is well-stocked and the beds are comfortable. The home is very private. The owner is very responsive and took great care of us. The house was about a 1 minute walk to the beach path and that area of the beach had very few people.

The house is absolutely beautiful! The pictures are accurate and represent the property well. We had 8 adults in our group and we were all very comfortable. Compared to similar homes we have stayed at on Kiawah, it was the best stocked yet - pots, pans, plates, spices, etc. Very well organized. And the location is excellent - short walk to the beach. Maintenance was very responsive. It rained the day we arrived and the pool was full of leaves and debris when we checked in. They cleaned it early the next morning so we enjoyed the pool. I suggest three things: (1) upgrade the furniture in the main living area with the fireplace. The current furniture just does not do justice to such a magnificent room. (2) Clean the grill and grill area. We could not use the grill - even the grill brush needs to be replaced. (3) Place blinds over the master bathroom windows. Since it faces the front of the house and is visible from the street and front door, it was very uncomfortable to shower there. These items kept me from rating it 5 star across the board. We would definitely stay again even with these suggested enhancements..

The house was perfect for our family trip; it was bigger and better than expected. We had more than enough space to spread out but also spend quality time together. The kids spent almost all day, every day in the pool. There was an abundance of towels/kitchen items for a large group The location was perfect with a quick and easy walk to the beach. Caroline (property manager) was very helpful. The only downside is that It was disappointing to get an email 3 days before our stay that it would cost $400 to heat the pool (it was not in the listing when we made our reservation). (coffee pot is a Keurig)

The home was everything described in the listing. Great location, heated pool, bikes, excellent living space, and very clean. Very much enjoyed the few days we stayed over new years with a nice 1.5 mile walk in either direction to the sanctuary or ocean course.

We've rented at Kiawah many times and this was our favorite home. The home waa absolutely gorgeous and very well suited for a large family. If you stay here you will not regret it.

Entire process was easy. And house was even nicer than photos. We had a great family trip!
