The place is in a good spot. It is in nah trang. No noise.

The place is extra hot. No air flow in the building. The room we booked was super hot and extra small( if u are 2 pple with luggage you don t have space to move around because in the room.there is litterally the space just for the bed) . We got attacked by mosqitos and there was not hot water(we been asking few times to fix it but it was costantly switching off) . On Booking.com it says there is a terrace that we discover soon to be a laundry ! The staff doesn t speak English except the lady we met the day we check out! They ask us to pay 40000 vnd for the bottles of water there were in the fridge but in the room there was no indication that the water had a fee ( is not for the price but just for the lack of customer service...nobody explained it to us) and , when my wife complained about it with the lady she got treated quite rude .( the lady just snatch the key room from her hand as we were checking out). We asked them to organise a taxi for the airport for us but instead they called "their friend" to bring us there. No meter was used. There is a young kid at the reception that doesn t have a clue. I didn t like him at all. I asked him the first day if he knew a place where to eat local food . He said no. !!!? The reviews on booking.com are deceiving . The place is awful. I am sorry to leave a review like that . But it is the truth. I don t normally complain but i hated the place. The only good thing is that this place is in nah trang .

A fantastic hotel in a lovely quiet side street for a great price. The lady at reception was lovely and very helpful and let me into the room early. Room was air conditioned and nice and quiet. Great amenities nearby and 10 minute walk to a great beach.

There were hairs in the shower drain, and there were one or two stains on the bed sheets (the sheets were obviously clean, but the stains just hadn’t come out) but I couldn’t fault it for the price paid.

The rooms are very small. The laundry was returned still very wet. They would not supply a second room keycard.
