Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal und sehr hut gepflegt und gereinigt. Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet, geräumig und die Betten sind bequem.

Der Parkplatz wird extra verrechnet mit 10€/Nacht, was ich als zahlender Übernachtungsgast als unnötig empfinde.

We verbleven hier voor 1 nacht. Schone, moderne kamer. Alles is aanwezig. Fijne bedden, goede douche en een tv waarop je kunt streamen zonder extern apparaat. Uitgebreid ontbijt en optie om het ontbijt mee te nemen. Ze hebben geluiddichte kamers, geen lawaai van andere kamers of buiten gehoord.

Het parkeren kost inderdaad 10 euro per nacht en je kunt geen plek vooraf reserveren. Aan de straat was geen plek meer, maar we hadden mazzel dat er nog plek was binnen op het parkeerterrein en wij verder niet meer met de auto weggingen. Anders kan je plek zo weer weg zijn.

Vriendelijk personeel, schone en nette kamers, goed ontbijt, chromecast aanwezig.

Basic hotel with many rooms and spacious sitting area.

We were part of a group of 8 people in total, and when 2 of us had a car break down and arrived a day after because of that, not only we did not get any refund for the night we missed (after we provided the proof of road assistance), but we had to pay an even higher price to book the next night. Their argument was that we canceled too late and they could not sell our room to another client, but that is untrue because the hotel was not full, so they really did not lose any money from us arriving a day after because of our car incident. They were obviously not obliged to offer us any refund, but it would be much appreciated if they made an effort to make a little discount for us on the second night, or at least offer us the room in the original price and not more. Even offering us the parking ticket (10 EUR per night) for free, or any other little thing, would be a nice gesture. The breakfast is very basic and slow. I think they do not offer trays on purpose, so that people are discouraged to get too much from the buffet, but that makes people go back and forth several times and waiting in the queue every time. Also, there are not enough tables to sit. I cannot imagine how worse it would be if the hotel was full, which was not the case when we were there.

Ontbijt was goed. Er was een mogelijkheid om de broodjes en drinken mee te nemen. Top idee!

Bedden lagen niet erg lekker en de badkamervloer werd erg nat met douchen.

We booked 2 rooms and stayed 3 nights but unfortunately they didn’t do the rooms. Every night we had to order clean towels. We beds were not done nor the cleaning of the rooms.

Desayuno bien y ubicación muy buena, justo al lado de la estación de tren. El pueblo muy bonito y un buen ambiente en el mercadillo de Navidad

La propreté. La chambre et la salle de bain sont bien équipées.

L’hôtel est mal situé, la gare est juste derrière, impossible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes. Personnel professionnel mais direct, peu empathique. Pas moyen de régler l’air conditionné qui a fait du bruit toute la nuit. La literie est moyenne, dos douloureux après 1 nuit.

Schönes, neues Hotel in ruhiger Lage in Bahnhofsnähe und mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Besonders das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend - egal ob Rezeption, Frühstückspersonal oder Reinigungskräfte, alle sind super nett und man bekommt schon beim Frühstücke in freundliches Lächeln. Sollten wir wieder mal in der Ecke sein, dann werden wir gewiss wieder im Holiday Inn absteigen!

Perfekte saubere Zimmer , leckeres Frühstück und nettes Personal 10 min Fußweg in die Innenstadt 5 min Fußweg zum Hauptbahnhof, super Matratze haben sehr gut geschlafen.

Frühstück gut, könnte mehr sein. Parken dürfte inkl sein. Alles ist bestens

The hotel staff is so kind and pleasant! Check-in was seamless. The lobby is modern and hotel is very well kept and clean. Breakfast pancakes are the best! Our room was clean and comfortable and although facing the railroad - we could not hear any passing train. We would definitely visit again!

The location of the hotel is in a bit "shady" part of the town. There were drunk people sitting in front of the hotel and later arrested by police. The same happened the following day when we were checking out as well. Private parking is 10€ - a bit overpriced but I would not recommend parking a car on the street. The hotel does not have a restaurant and restaurants around are not the most pleasant to visit. Breakfast area is small and overcrowded and definitely loud - so, no relaxing breakfast. Also, the beds could be a bit bigger.

Sehr sauberes Hotel, tolles Zimmer, 24h Rezeption, man kann rund um die Uhr Pizza und Flammkuchen an der Rezeption bestellen. Haben wir nicht gemacht, aber fanden es aussergewöhnlich, dass es möglich gewesen wäre. Das Frühstück war super und reichhaltig. Die Betten waren super bequem. Das Raumklima war fantastisch.

Bei bestimmten Personal die Arroganz ( Rezeption) besonders am Abend .....aber Hauptsache man kann in Englisch blödeln und Witze machen mit dem Handy

Das Hotel ist neu und ein typisches Budgethotel mit zweckmäßiger Einrichtung. Von dort aus lässt sich der Bahnhof (ca. 10 Minuten) und die Innenstadt fußläufig erreichen. Ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden allerdings sind die Stellplätze recht klein und zwar auch wenn man nicht so ein großes Auto hat. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Bahn in einem Gewerbegebiet. Straßburg ist gut erreichbar auch mit der Bahn (Regionalzug). Das Frühstück ist ordentlich. Restaurants sind in der Umgebung vorhanden.
