One of the best rentals we’ve stayed in! Everything as described. Steps from the beach, absolutely everything provided, great views, so much room! Owners very responsive when we had questions. We highly recommend.

Nothing but great things to say about this property. We had a wonderful stay.The place was very clean, well decorated, and modern.The kitchen and bathrooms were so well stocked. Super easy access to the beach -- the location was perfect for us. Leslie and Carl were quick to respond to our questions and very friendly. We’re looking forward to booking again!

We were lucky to have both unit 1 and 2 for the majority of our stay , the unit was well furnished with comfortable furniture, pots and pans , dishes, spices , trash bags and cleaning supplies. We had a initial blip when we arrived , the place wasn’t yet cleaned and so we left our dogs in a room with door closed with a note door with our phone number and went across the street, but cleaners didn’t call and left supplies and no toilet paper. We just made our own beds and cleaned up a bit and the niece was awesome and delivered toilet paper as we had almost none lol. There are also plenty of games and extra bedding. Almost all the beach chairs were broken, they did let us know but new ones were not supplied so we took turns on the chairs friends brought and the two good ones .
There is a guy up the street that delivered electric bikes we rented, we visited many local bars including a tiki bar at the end of the street on the pier which was fun. Great place to see fireworks too!! We rented jet skis and a boat nearby and visited the aquarium and took a ferry to Southboro island . Lots to do and we would definitely come back. Thank you!

Very close and convenient to the beach, it’s a 3 minute walk with easy access. This is probably the best stocked rental we have ever staid in. You don’t need to bring anything including beach towels, beach toys and chairs. It’s very nice and comfortable inside. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!

Terrific property! Everything was just as promised in the listing. We had plenty of room for 6 adults with space for cooking, playing games, and watching movies. The beach was a few yards away, and there was plenty to do nearby when the weather didn’t allow beach time. We hope to stay at this property again on our next Carolina Beach vacation.

Charming townhome with 3 nice bedrooms to accommodate family and a nice eating area and family room.
The most surprising thing with the home was the wonderful, extremely close access to the beautiful beach. We took advantage of this before and after graduation day at UNCW.

This location accommodated grandparents along with our family of five, plus dogs! East to get to the beach and to restaurants with a short drive. Owner was great when we had an issue with the lock. Our kids were almost as happy to play games and hang out in the home as they were to play with the boogie boards and sand toys on the beach.

Condo is well appointed, with everything you need. The two levels make it spacious and comfortable. Lovely linens, great furnishings, and excellent communications with manager make this a sweet spot. The ocean is a short walk away and visible from the decks. We liked it so much, we are returning next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 month vacation in Carolina Beach. Our hosts were outstanding and made every effort to make our stay so enjoyable. The condo was well appointed, spacious, clean and FULLY STOCKED. Beds were very comfortable with high quality linens and blankets. Many supplies were also included. We had a
one minute walk to the beach (Atlantic Ocean!) and enjoyed watching the daily sunrises, the surfers surfing, pelicans flying their formations and dolphins cruising by searching for fish. Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping malls, and tourist attractions within minutes from the condo. Neighborhood was very friendly and new friendships evolved. We HIGHLY recommend this condo and our incredible hosts. You will love it!

the entire home has been updated recently and well taken care of. while we were there the owners replaced a TV that had stopped working. they were great, very responsive and wonderful to work with.

Amazing home hosted by fantastic people
Four of us stayed here for 3 nights, and it was amazing! The house itself was extremely well stocked with towels, kitchen stuff, beach towels and toys (boogie boards, inter tubes), and it felt like home.
The hosts were amazing and always communicated within minutes.

Absolutely PERFECT!!! Seriously... PERFECT!!!
This place was literally PERFECT! You could not ask for a better accommodation. The unit is stocked with everything you need for a great vacation, and the beach is literally 30 seconds away, with multiple access points all along the shoreline. The hosts are quick to respond with answers to problems or just general information (trust me when I tell you I was in frequent contact with them due to all my questions about the area... and they were very patient with me). I could ramble on about all the great features like how spacious it is, and how each bedroom has its own bathroom, but you can read the very accurate description for yourself. I HIGHLY recommend this place.
