Comfortable rooms, close to downtown, easy parking, will recommend.

This is a lovely place to stay in walkable Montford, just off of downtown Asheville (which you can also walk or bus to). The owner was very nice and responsive to us, helping out with suggestions for places to eat in the area. Lovely little back porch and yard. Grocery stores and great restaurants are close, including one of the best meals we've ever had just up the street at Tall John's. We would stay here again without hesitation. In fact, we're already planning to.

We loved our stay at this Montford property while in Asheville! It was nice to have on-site parking and the house is close to several parks/greenways which allowed us to go running in the neighborhood easily. We never ended up walking downtown but it would have been an easy 20-minute walk if we had gotten the chance.

The property was as described, a nice historic neighborhood. The back patio/deck was absolutely lovely. If you enjoy birdwatching, relaxing, watching the squirrels play-there is no better place.

Cozy, comfortable, convenient, and artfully decorated in a wonderful neighborhood. The owner greeted us and made sure we had all we needed. Coffee on the back porch in the morning was serene and delightful.

We really liked staying here. It was a great place to relax, sleep and watch TV in between activities. Only thing was that the AC was really loud, thus making it difficult to hear the TV volume. However, that was made up by the fact that Ashima sent us the clothes we left behind.

This was a super cute little stay in walking distance from downtown (albeit a good 20 min walk). Check in was easy and our host was available and friendly. We had all we needed for our short visit. Very clean space and very cozy! You can hear whats going on upstairs pretty clearly but nothing that kept us up at night or anything.

Went to Asheville to attend a wedding and see family and renting Ashima's apartment was a perfect choice. The rental was clean, in a great location, the neighborhood was beautiful and Ashima was so responsive and helpful. Hoping to get back there and would rent this property again.

This was a lovely hideaway that was quiet, private and very clean right in Historic Montford. It was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. Ashima was a wonderful host.

This place was amazing! Everything was just as expected, very clean and Ashima was so prompt with her replies and all of the info that we needed! It's very cozy, but very roomy at the same time. It was perfect for me and my husband, we will definitely be back!!

If we ever go back to Asheville, we will stay there again and will recommend it to friends and family. Great location, off street parking, nicely decorated and beautiful setting. They thought if everything to make our stay comfortable. Very clean and quiet.

Enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed. Since we were doing work while traveling the high speed Wi-Fi was needed and performed well. Look forward to returning in the future.

Came to Asheville for a wedding and this place was perfect! We really enjoyed the mile stroll Into Downtown. Loved looking at all the houses, cutest neighborhood. Would stay here again, highly recommended. Perfect for 2!
