The location is great and actually really quiet. We loved the decor and roominess. The host was responsive and hospitable. Definitely recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in this house! The pictures do not do it justice. It was the cutest little house and we fell in love! It was super clean, decorated perfectly, plenty of room, and the large windows gave a great view of the street. It is in the perfect location for eating & shopping in walking distance! We sat on the porch and talked to so many people that passed by! We met the owner and she was super sweet! I will defiantly be booking this house again for future trips! I highly recommend!

This property was absolutely perfect for our weekend in New Orleans - from the trolley line right across the street, the walkable restaurants, the front porch to watch the city go by - we loved it. The property itself was beautiful and felt like home and we would stay there again in a heartbeat upon our next visit to NOLA.

My two oldest friends and I had our yearly trip there. This property was PERFECTLY located…..the streetcar stops RIGHT out front, and LULAS next door was FABULOUS! I would highly recommend!!!! We’ll be back!

Comfortable stay in lower Garden District, 10 minute street car ride to the French Quarters. Nice location with many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. We enjoyed our three night stay.

We had a great time staying at this unit. Perfect location for walking into city and around garden district. Trolley stops right in front so you can access anywhere in New Orleans without having a car. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby for breakfast. I would have given 5 stars except for mattress in back bedroom was completely shot. Had to sleep on coach which wasn't much better. Really should be replaced before it is rented again. It's unusable and I can usually sleep on anything.

I want to start by stating that I manage short term vacation rentals and have for 15+ years, I give a lot of grace because I know things happen. The fact that this owner/manager doesn’t have a maintenance person who works on weekends is unacceptable. We flew in late on Friday to discover that we had no shower head, and not even a pipe coming out of the wall.. just a hole. I didn’t want to bug them late at night so we waited till the morning only to be told someone could fix it on Monday. They then decided to ignore any other messages I sent for the remainder of the weekend. The Wi-Fi never worked, and the box spring in the main bedroom is broken, causing the bed to slope. Overall the place was unique and we enjoyed it but if you’re going to rent out your place, I highly suggest you have a team of people that can assist when things go wrong.

My family and I enjoyed the two days at the suite, we came to celebrate my brothers 60th birthday in New Orleans. Andrew was very informative and helpful, if we needed anything he was available to assist. It was four of us, and thanks for greeting us at the door upon entry.

All I could have hoped for! Several restaurants and bars within a block, a real nice one right next door. Trolley runs out front Perfect central location no matter where u want to visit Home is stylishly decorated. I really wasnt expecting as much I got for such a low price. Definitely will book again if available on my next trip Robert

The place was lovely for our small family. It was a 15 minute street car ride to either the French Quarter or the River Bend. The two rooms were quite comfortable. The small bathroom was fine for the three of us. The living room was where we spent much of our family time enjoying the sounds of the city without feeling like it was too much. In the morning we walked a few blocks through the lower district to enjoy several local coffee or breakfast places. In the afternoon if we didn't want to wander the Quarter we grabbed lunch at the WWII museum or any number of places nearby.

Code didn’t work to enter building. Owner was home and left us in the New Orleans heat for 45 minutes before he decided to come downstairs and let us in. Acted like we were retarded and didn’t know how to enter a code. The code never worked even for him Then our apartment door code also didn’t work. Left in hallway while he ran upstairs for previous customers code. No doors on bedrooms. Had to hook cable wires to tv and replace corroded batteries. Wi-Fi password didn’t work. Texted about it. Responded to try to fix fifteen minutes later and when it didn’t I texted and to this day he hasn’t answered. We forgot our door code to the apartment and couldn’t get a response for 30 minutes. All in all it was a shit show and I want my fucking money back. Don’t host if you can’t take care of your renters. Most horrendous stay ever!!!!

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'emplacement avec une vue sur le tramway et la vie de l'avenue. Proximité pour rejoindre le centre ville grâce au jazy pass. Une maison typique de La Nouvelle Orléans. 2 chambres et un grand salon / salle à manger avec une décoration moderne. Un équipement à compléter pour la cuisine. Le parking mis à disposition est un atout. Un séjour agréable.

The property is included on the national register of historic places, so the floor was a little wavy and the shower was a little slow, but overall we loved it.
