The room was great. We've stayed at a few different oceanfront properties in Myrtle Beach over the years, and it's a fairly typical setup for a two bedroom, but everything is in better condition. Overall, the room was pretty great. The property was fine, but there was construction that had most of the outdoor pools closed. The weather wasn't very warm, so it wasn't a big deal.
The pool area was nice enough, just showing it's age a bit. We enjoyed the hot tubs on the 7th floor. I'd certainly stay again.

We had a great week. Our place was beautiful and well stocked with everything you need. It’s very nice to stay somewhere that has a washer and dryer in case you need it. Easy access to the beach, pool, and anywhere you want to go!! Great to be able to park your car right outside your door. We would definitely stay here again 😊

We come to the beach each year during Labor Day. We laugh, lie, cry, fuss, eat and drink. We go out shop, treat ourselves to massages, etc. Its the o e time we get to be together every year. We lovvvvve it. The Condo was perfect, we loved it. The only thing missing was a blender....

The condo was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! The rooms and bathrooms were spacious, and the kitchen and living room had everything we needed for any down time. I loved the parking right outside our door in the parking garage and being steps away from the beach was fantastic! Our 18 and 22 year old children loved having a gym and hot tub in the building.
We are already looking into dates for our next trip to stay here!

This condo was accurately depicted on the website. It was very nice and clean and we enjoyed our stay. The restaurant downstairs was very convenient and you are right on the beach. Several swimming pools are available as well. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

This condo was exactly as described and very clean. Even though it was a side unit the beach view was fantastic. Beds were comfortable. It was nice to have parking basically just outside the door. The parking garage was easier than most to navigate with wide ramps from one level to the next and plenty of mirrors to see oncoming vehicles.
There were three elevators, which were quite fast. The entire resort, including public restrooms, were clean. The outdoor pools on the 7th floor did not feel heated (May 7-10) but the indoor pool appeared to be. The indoor and outdoor hot tubs were indeed hot. The oceanfront pools at ground level were closed due to scaffolding ... which we knew was a possibility. I heard someone working the front desk say they would be closed for a couple more weeks. For the most part it was very quiet. The exception was some occasional noise from a vehicle driving through the parking garage. My family will definitely consider staying in this condo again.

My family and I visited Myrtle Beach for a volleyball tournament and stayed at this condo in Grand Shores. We loved it. It was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The view was beautiful (especially for the sunrise)! We usually stay in South Myrtle but we will now be staying in North Myrtle! Great location!!

My son goes to CCU and went down for a visit. I wanted to stay at the beach and this was a perfect fit. The unit was clean and the owner was very responsive. I will be staying here again during my future visits!

Place was great.... Loved the 4 hot tubs.... just what we old guys needed a couple of rounds of golf.

My family of 4 stayed here on our spring break and it’s just want we all needed. The view of the ocean is beautiful and it’s only a 3 minute walk to the beach! Also so many fun things to do in the area with kids. Sharon is so great to deal with and this place is so CLEAN!!!! We will be back.

Location was perfect! Quiet area, but still able to walk to restaurants, Starbucks and grocery store!
Unit had a great view, and drinks were good at the hotel bar/restaurant

Summer Break Vacation
Our family stayed here during the last week in May, and had a wonderful time! The condo was very clean and well-stocked with linens and toiletries. Parking just steps from the door was really convenient. The kids LOVED all the swimming options: indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, and beach!
Communication with the property owners was very quick, which turned out to be super helpful when our inbound flight was delayed and we had to notify them that we wouldn't be arriving until after midnight.
Overall, we had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to visit again!

While the Marriott Dunes resort was packed with too many people, this property was not—plenty of space to play in the pools and on the beach. Very comfortable, but housekeeping should really take a look at the dishes between guests as most of the bowls had food crusted on them…

April Vacation
We stayed last week and had an amazing time. The condo was clean, kitchen had everything we needed, and the view was amazing. The door to the spare room was coming off it’s hinges. So I emailed Sharon and she got it fixed super fast. Great customer service. I highly recommend their place.

Great condo at the beach. Very spacious and very well stocked. Loved the easy access to the condo to the parking garage. Would stay here again. Bounus was the resort restraunt that was pretty good.
