Myself, husband and 13 year old had a comfortable stay. Easy access to the train, walkable to many sites, lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Apartment was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. Checking in and out couldn’t have been easier.

Excellent location! Clean, spacious apartment. Once inside building, there is an elevator and then about 5 stairs to get into apartment #205. Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, sound machines in each bedroom. We loved it! Definitely would stay in Sonder again!

Good location and decent property, but inadequate AC during a hot stretch.

Website description a bit misleading. While there are two bedrooms, one is quite aquarium-like in that part of the interior wall dividing the bedroom from living room area was opaque glass which did not go all the way to the ceiling - leaving an approximately 2 foot gap open between the end of the glass and the ceiling the entire length of the wall. I suppose the glass to let light in an otherwise windowless room and the opening was to allow the rental's only air conditioner located the glassed room to flow into the other rooms - which meant the occupants of the 2nd bedroom had to leave their door open so as not to be stifling. Between the glass, the wall opening and having to keep the bedroom door open, privacy was definitely an issue. Additionally, this rental was furnished with chairs only - two of which were broken. To management's credit, they were replaced with two additional straight back chairs very quickly. Definitely would not stay again or recommend to others.

Well-equipped apartment with many nearby shops for sandwiches, pastries, and groceries. Also TONS of excellent restaurants in east walking distance, not to mention a nearby Metro stop. The location was perfect for us (2 couples) for the Canadian Grand Prix.

Absolutely loved this place and the area!

Adequate accommodations in a great location. The location allows easy access to both downtown and Old Montreal. Multiple restaurants and bars are available within a few minutes walking. The area is much quieter than being right in the old city. Unfortunately, unit 205 presented some accessibility issue for the 90-year old in our group. The entry to the unit requires climbing 5 steps in an unlit alcove with no hand rail. Also, we were in an inside unit which only faces in to a small courtyard. Thus, the unit is rather dark and lights are needed throughout the day. This was not a problem for us since we were out most of the day exploring the charms of the city. The kitchen is sparsely equipped. It cannot be used for much other than making coffee or tea, or cooking a simple breakfast. There are no wine glasses provided.

Location was perfect and apartment looked just like the pictures. Super easy check-in. About a half a mile from the river, less than 10 minutes walk to Cathedral and old town. Plenty of coffee and cafes close by and a convenience store 1 block away for most of your needs or less than 10 minute walk to grocery store. Highly recommended. We were 3rd floor, over the weekend and outside noise was minimal .
