What a wonderful place from start to finish! Stayed 7/29/23 thru 8/1/23 with the family. Beautiful condo, both inside and outside! Very clean and very well appointed. Fully stocked with more than what you could imagine. Plenty of room for all 6 of us. The owners are just wonderful and very helpful. I highly recommend this place. You will NOT be disappointed! Thanks again!

The property was very well kept and very secure. The beach access was nice with a ramp to the beach as opposed to steps. The condo itself was just as it was listed. It has everything you need while enjoying a beach vacation. Mike and Lisa are excellent hosts and are available to answer any questions you may have during your stay.

This was the perfect place for us. We loved the condo, it was comfortable and the host were excellent in responding to our calls. We loved the location. Could not have had a better place to stay!

We just go home from our wk vacation. large, fantastic condo. everything in pics is just how you walk into. Our family of 6 adults had plenty of room, furniture was comfortable, everything you need was there, beach chairs, towels, pots/pans, utensils, dishes, spices, wine, shampoo, soaps, blender, toaster, I can go on. This was the most equipped condo we have ever stayed at. condo provides 1 parking spot but we never had a problem with getting an extra spot for my son that couldnt stay the whole week. Quite building and neighborhood, no partying, it was so relaxing! Tons of restaurants within 10 min. Thank you Mike and Lisa for sharing your home!

This condo was a dream for our family of four which includes two teenagers. It is hard to find a true oceanfront property with three private sleeping areas and three full bathrooms, plus a private laundry room. The location made it easy to get up and down from the garage and out to the pool and beach. The unit was very clean, well stocked with necessities in the kitchen and bathrooms, and even some extras like a starter supply of coffee, detergent, and wine! All of us commented on how spacious and comfortable the property was. The owner was also very quick to respond to us when we reached out to him. We would happily stay here again.

Condo was open , very nicely laid out with lots of beautiful ocean views, open living , dining and kitchen made it ideal for socializing!
Very clean , very nice bathrooms and ample towels!
We enjoyed the second floor location very much as it was super easy to access entrance , exit and access to the beach!
Mike was always ready to answer my questions and give help when needed!
Sooooo …… great Condo and great hosts! Two bottles of complimentary wine was just what we needed after a long day of travel!

Impressive property. Beach was wonderful, pool well maintained, and condo top shelf. Ample room for whole family. Great restaurants nearby and lots to do. Location close to Flagler Beach which is a nice break from busy Daytona.

We had such an amazing time at Ormond by the Sea. The view of the beach from the condo was amazing. Just what we wanted. And so glad we had because this time at the beach it was very cold. We didn’t get to spend much time outside, which didn’t worry us none. The condo was so spacious and seemed to be newly renovated or updated with nice decor. The couches were super comfy. I’m pretty sure they were lazy boys! All of the seats in the couch reclined. Huge Plus!! The beds and pillows were very comfy and luxurious. We just really had a great time. It felt like we were at home. Micheal was great to deal with. He was very prompt and friendly with all my questions. Great place to stay and worth every penny!!

What a great place! Went to celebrate an early Christmas with our grandson along with my sister and her husband. The condo had everything we needed. Great location, great view from the balcony. The condo is spacious and very clean. We will definitely book again.

Had a wonderful stay at this property! Right on the beach, and close to everything we wanted to do. Plenty of space for the 4 of us and had everything we needed, plus a special gift left for us by the owner. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved staying here. It was very clean and ready. Be sure to read the binder, beach accessories including chairs and boogie boards are in the garage. The wine and coffee was a great touch. Loved loved the deck overlooking the beautiful ocean. We will stay again!

This property is a good one! Our trip in general was perfect. Four women to celebrate one turning 40 and it was the kid free relaxing weekend we wanted! The condo is super clean and super spacious. View is perfect. Easy to get in and out. The pool was rarely busy. Beach area in front of condo was perfect. Easy access to Publix and restaurants. No complaints!
Recommendation: bring a beach umbrella to insert into umbrella stand at pool if you want shade. No shade at the pool and umbrellas are not provided. All the residents bring their own umbrellas!

10/10 would recommend booking here! The back patio is incredible, the building has extremely convenient access to an uncrowded beach, lots of parking, and is close to many stores. The beds were comfy and the common areas were more spacious than the pictures depicted! Our family had an unforgettable experience, thank you again

Wonderful stay
Nice second floor ocean facing unit. Unit was clean and well maintained. I had my sister who is wheelchair bound visit and she had no problem with access to the building or the unit, made for a great week. Thank you!

Highly recommend! Condo is in like-new condition, very well stocked and very clean. Nice pool. Great quiet beach. Close to stores and restaurants. Mike and Lisa are very prompt, pleasant and helpful.

Amazing place in a great location
My family stayed here including 3 adults, a 2 year old, and 3 month old and had a great visit. The condo has been recently renovated and is surprisingly large for a beach condo. We had plenty of space to stretch out and relax with the kids. Mike and Lisa were amazing hosts with some sweet touches that made our trip much easier. I highly recommend staying here and we plan to in the future!

Family of four plus nanny enjoyed everything about the place. Views, space, access to beach. Great hosts as well. Highly recommend it.

New Home-Away-From-Home
First, I must say that Mike & Lisa were very professional and prompt to respond with any questions or concerns.
The property is nothing less than amazing! We were visiting for a college tour. I think this property helped my son make his decision for wanting to attend college in Daytona.
If he attends college here, I will definitely return and stay again. Wait....even if he doesn't, I'm still coming back. I think this will be my new home-away-from-home.
