The home at Beaver Lake was overall a good experience. Clean and a great location. The property manager responded to me promptly answering all my questions so I could be sure this home would work for our group. The confusion came with contradictory statements in the description of the home and the photos of the property. After asking for confirmation if there were 3 full showers in the home and being told yes, there was not, There were only 2. We would have rented the home regardless, but the blatant dishonesty in misrepresenting the property was frustrating.

I looked at 48 other properties, and this was the one I picked... and I was very happy that I did! (I was planning on proposing to my girlfriend, so I wanted to find the perfect place—and if you're wondering, we're engaged now, woo! 🥳) This property didn't have many reviews, so I wasn't 100% sure what to expect. I did expect some rough edges to my experience here and there, since it seemed to be listed relatively recently, but I was very surprised to have a smooth and wonderful experience! The lowlights would be: The floors in one or two places were a little dirty, and there wasn't any firewood when I arrived. Firewood was promptly delivered once requested, and plenty to last me the whole stay, although it was small chunk-type wood, not really good-ole' logs like you'd expect. But, otherwise, everything was just as shown in the pictures, with no bad surprises (unlike some other places I've stayed...)—and at a better price than many of the other spots I looked at, too! The highlights would be: Well, a lot! Other than those one or two spots, the house was spotless and didn't have any weird smells. The kitchen was amazing! The master bedroom was huge and so comfy! The TV was great, and the fireplace, well, it was so nice I used it basically 24/7! There were soaps and lotions, and other stuff provided, a true hotel experience with fantastic customer service. Plus, being out there in the Autumn trees in a quiet neighborhood, it was just a dream. 😊 In total, I have no hesitation giving 5 stars for my stay. The highlights were great, and I feel like the lowlights will be smoothed out as this property gets it feet, because of how good the service was. I had a great time, and I wish I could just stay there forever! 😅

It was a very good spot for my family to rest and spend time away from home.

Very quiet and relaxing. This was a meeting place for us and family members so clean, comfortable place to visit. We were hoping for easier lake access however

Ample space- big bedrooms! Love the two way fireplace.
