We had a great experience staying at this property. It was very clean and super close to the beach.

I came up to AC for a bowling tournament and found this gem of a home. Great location, a block from the beach and the bay in the opposite direction. Michael’s home was very nice, the two bedrooms with on suite bathrooms was very convenient. The back patio was very cute and a nice place to relax in the evening. If you want a nice stay consider booking Michael’s home.

We really enjoyed our short stay. Communication was great with the owner and the property is very close to the beach. Great little town overall!

This was a nice house to stay at with our friends and young children. It was a short walk to the beach, and the beach tags were included. The beach was beautiful! The deck, patio, and grill were nice to have. The carpets upstairs could use a cleaning or replacement, and there was not a top sheet or extra pillow cases for the sofa bed. There was an ant problem on the kitchen counter. The host was very responsive. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay!

This property was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. The location for the beach was excellent! I honestly have no complaints and will look to rent here again. Thanks Michael!

The house was great and had everything we needed for a long weekend. The short walk to the beach was perfect since we have a toddler and had lots to bring. We will definitely be back!

Perfect beach stay
This location was great, the house was perfect for 2 small families each with one child under 2. Very spacious bedrooms and living area. Just a short walk to the beach a block away!

The home was a great location (easy walk to life-guarded beaches, dog beach, and Pirates Den). Linens and towels were provided along with a plethora of items to make our stay welcoming and comfortable...thanks! Communication with Michael was easy and response time was quick. All of the rooms were very spacious. We had a great time and we look forward to returning soon.

The home was a great location (easy walk to life-guarded beaches, dog beach, and Pirates Den). Linens and towels were provided along with a plethora of items to make our stay welcoming and comfortable...thanks! Communication with Michael was easy and response time was quick. All of the rooms were very spacious. We had a great time and we look forward to returning soon.

Had a wonderful long weekend away with my spouse and dog. Even though it was the "off-season," there are things still to do in the area. House was clean and spacious. Host was friendly and informatiomative. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Would love to come back and stay in the future!

Clean. Nice. Glad they took dogs, at least after season. Nice not to have to make a trip to get key. Generally well stocked with cleaning, washing supplies . Good to have washer and dryer. Confusion over sheets: 1) not indicated on the site whether or not supplied; 2) advised by host that they were not; 3) found that there were indeed sheets available. Two of three propane tanks for grill were empty. Cleaning service makes leaving easy.

Michael was extremely responsive. We loved our stay. The condo was lovely and perfect for my husband and dog! Especially appreciated the outdoor area in the back. So quiet and great beach. Will definitely rent again.

Several great restaurants. Great beaches & fishing. Not over-crowded. Casinos/ACNJ a short drive. We will most likely return.

Awesome Place
The property was 1 short block to the beach and was very comfortable, clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels, linens and pillows. Mike was responsive and kind. Thanks for a short but great vacation!

I must first say that it was an amazing experience!!!! When my family and I got to the house it was more than we expected. The house is beautiful, fully equipped and in a great location. For a two bedroom house it is very spacious and each bedroom had there own full bathroom, which was a plus for us, and the house was exceptionally clean!!!! The host Michael, is very attentive and welcoming. He made the check in/check out process very easy and convenient. I had no problems at all communicating with him prior to our stay and during our stay. As for location, it is very quiet and clean. The neighbors were all friendly and welcoming, and the beach was just up the block from the house and Michael supplies the beach passes which was a major plus!!! And where we stayed,in Brigantine, NJ, the boardwalk and the casinos is literally just a short drive away. Although we only stayed 3 nights, my family and I are definitely coming back next year and hopefully we get to stay at Michael’s home for at least a full week if it is not booked!! Thank you so much Michael for allowing my family and I to stay at your beautiful home, we had a fantastic time!!!!!
