Very clean and spacious rooms.
Staff said or rooms weren't ready when we arrived around 1430 in the afternoon.

I was double charged after paying online and have not received my money back at all I also was not able

Toilets were like sitting on the floor, and the bed was broken down on the edges and not comfortable at all.

very clean, the staff was nice.
they didn't clean my room one day and when I had to get towels, i had to go down and get them because they only had one person on staff. I didn't blame her but they should always have housekeeping there and they missed my room because we were out all day

The shower gel shampoo and conditioner were already in the shower and the hand soap and lotion were at the sink. And they were all in pump containers. So we didn't have to unpack ours.
The TV remote didn't work correctly. But we managed.

Breakfast was good, easy parking access and multiple points of entry. Staff was very friendly and willing to help.
Pool was closed down due to maintainence which was a bummer for the kids. Never received a notice when it would be back open.

We stayed 2 nights. Didn’t get room cleaned, no clean towels, we had to call front desk to get towels.I had to go get them because there was no one to bring them to our room.

Location. Price.
Three dead flies on floor in room. TV nearly impossible to use. Tub somewhat slippery. Shower curtain too short resulting in leaking a water puddle outside the tub. No water treatment, resulting in "hard watet" which is a deal breaker for me.
