Location is good. Room was clean and tidy.

I waited for this review because I was hoping that the parking situation will be resolved. However, I am deeply disappointed in administration of this hotel and have to write this review. We filtered our choices based on free parking options, which was advertised. However, when we arrived we were told that the free parking can only take 5 cars and that it is full. We were offered paid parking and we ended up paying 4 euros per day as we had no other choice. If free parking is advertised, we expect that there is enough for all guests. We weren't told that we'd have to pay in advance and when we arrived the accommodation was already paid and we couldn't cancel it or find another accommodation. We contacted booking about this false advertisement and the scam, but we were told that the hotel administration lied that we chose paid parking. There was no choice and I am extremely disappointed in the management and the booking customer service.

We are a family of 6 with 4 kids . Hotel Centrale is a family run establishment in the beautiful Alleghe town at the foothills of Mount Civetta . The owner Teresa , their son the ever so helpful and wonderful Alex , Indira at the restaurant, all we’re ever so helpful . we celebrated our sons bday there and Alex arranged the cake . My toddler was fussy for dinner and requested pancakes out of the menu and they were so accommodating. The main aim was skiing , the lifts are less than 200 m away and lots of ski rentals around . Alex guided us in every step on how to get the ski pass , the rentals etc. To wake up every morning to the church bells ringing , reminded us of home . The rooms were perfect for us . excellent heating and hot water . we took half boarding . Dinner was excellent with a daily planned three course ala carte menu. For the cited prices , the service is exceptional .

Everything was good . if we could suggest one thing would be to add a selection of fruits and vegetables for breakfast.

No heat although it was very cold outside. Poor breakfast.Not many parking places
