Great hotel as always with HO

The area, arrived and decided to walk out, within 500 yds met with a group a men bin surfing, was very intimidating, returned to the hotel and booked the HO in Almaria for the rest of our stay.

Theoretically the key retrieval process should be easy!

A) The key retrieval process is flawed by technology ! The key retrieval machine is inside the entranceway so you need to page the reception office from outside - i think only one person there so if busy there will be a delay in response but not obvious why if waiting outside. Once inside there is a "vending machine" looking key issuing machine. It has the worst "touch" keyboard ever !!!!! which due to it's refusal to accept your touch then times out! Also has poor logic/programme so inputting personal data is a lengthy, stressful process - and then you have to repeat the nightmare IF you declare there is another person staying - you could be there all night !! B) There is no direct route from car-park to lifts. In fact you are required to go through a maze corridor to the outside and then enter through main entrance. This is VERY difficult and tiring if you have suitcases or shopping !! Better to park int he road outside main entrance to unload and park in garage later!! C) Security at Entrance Dilemma !! As with all card-key main entrances, there is the problem for out-coming residents as to whether they allow people outside door to enter !

Decepcionante el tema de la piscina. Con el buen tiempo que sigue haciendo, la piscina está cerrada. Es mejor coger cualquier otra opción de hotel. Hay mucho y a buen precio.

I was travelling for work and enjoy the freedom and comfort of self catering. The place is easy to find and parking is fairly easy. I was met by a friendly and efficient member of staff who took me through the auto check-in. The apartment was on the 7th floor looking towards the sea (500m) with good views. The apartment was clean, modern, comfortable with everything you could possibly need. The shower / bathrooms was fantastic. The AC was good. The wifi is generally good but suffered a low point generally after lunch when maybe everyone was connecting.

Nothing much. The only, only thing was that I had to remove 5 or 6 hairs from the bed cover (who knows if it came in with the laundry or from the cleaning staff?)

Probably the light in the lift and the views

Quality if the building, service, dirty place and the swimming pool or better said the fishbowl

Apartments excellent! Positioned very near to amenities and a short walk down the hill to the beach.
