I wish we would have been told breakfast is over at 9 am. We had 2 rooms rented with 6 kids went down to breakfast at 9:30 and it was over. I feel it should of lasted atleast till 10:00 am. We're on vacation who gets up and moving with kids that early.

Very clean and staff was always very friendly.loved the hot breakfasts.

The staff here is wonderful and the rooms and so nice and comfy. Very welcoming, the breakfast is nice and delicious. My kids loved coming down every morning to eat and saying hello to the staff . The manger is super nice.very nice pool and clean. I would come back again if I had another dance comp to give another try .

What needs to improve is room service cleaning the rooms. I asked for my room to be cleaned twice. I personally left for the day with my kids and left the sign on the counter to they can come in . I walked in about 9:00 pm to come back to shower.our beds were never changed and all the lines I had set aside and towel to be picked up as well trash I put to the side was never picked up . I had to call Michelle which works at night in the front, she was so helpful. She personally brought me fresh sheets and towels . She even picked up the trash and dirty Linens.I told her she deserves a raise and did amazing job since housekeeping did not do there part, she works the front and does amazing. She needs a management position or a big raise.she truly helped my kids and I .

Clean and updated, close to the airport

Our room door frame and jamb did not meet the door when closed, leaving a fairly decent gap on the lower part of the door to see through right into the hallway - and vice-versa. Also the tub/shower was extremely slippery and needs some traction

The bed was pretty comfortable.

No microwave and the refrigerator was out of order.

The door to the room did not close right. There was a one in gap at the bottom right side. Someone had taped something to the ceiling in the bathroom with bandaids... really odd but it was left there. Was told there was EV chargers there and there was not.

The room was nice, the toilet needs some maintenance, and the drains, too. Staff was not helpful, not rude, just not informed, or communication skills are lacking. Breakfast could be better. They could be friendlier in there. The lady just hovers over you while you're making your stuff. It's awkward. This hotel should not be the price it was. It was high for the. The hotel itself is very nice clean.

Really just the ability to communicate with the staff. And the eggs and bacon are not good. I have been in the hospitality business, and even for an included breakfast, it's lacking in comparison to others. The pastries, fruit, and waffles are all h Good.

I would have liked a microwave in the room. there were kids running up and down the halls screaming until after 1 am

The hotel was well kept and updated

i didn’t like that I couldn’t get hot water to shower and that my room was brightly illuminated all night by a broken light hanging outside the window.
