Beautiful flat in perfect location: Lots of good restaurants, Cafés, great pubs and the river Thames - everything in walking distance. We loved it!

The flat itself was nice once you were inside but could have Di e with some fine tuning to be a ‘finest’ retreat.
The entrance and hallway was dirty and shabby. On arrival I started to wonder what I had actually booked as the hallway and stairs were dirty and smelly. The flat was also not entirely clean and I would have been to a higher standard for the price we paid for 2 nights.

Position is great
Absolutely dirty. The alleyway at ground floor and stair in common with other apartments is really disgusting to pass through. A ver bad smell of dirty and the moquette that probably does not get clean from 10 years or more. The apartment in the picture looks nice, and it may be, but the bedrooms are small, and the bathroom rater is smaller. You don't even the space to stand on almost. The main problem was that it was full of dust everywhere. Cleaning is just done superficial. Below the mattress, I found a lot of dirty and even an oreo package that seems to have been there for a long time and mattresses were full of spots and really bad for sleeping, especially one of them. Under the kitchen, we should find, as instructed, cleaning equipment, but they were so dirty that using them, you may dirt instead of clean. Communication with the hos, a property management was poor and not immediate. We decided to clean up the apartment by ourselves and buy new cleaning stuff. Only the day after they reply at my messages sent just an hour after self check in, proposing to semd again housekeeping service. We refuse due we already did by our self. We asked to check out a night before with a refund, but there was no response about it.

Super cute apartment with little river views. We loved Richmond and everything it had to offer. Nice and quite but close to the city.
The washer dryer was an extra bonus. Super useful.
They keys were a bit sticky but that was no big issue

location was great. loved the size…kitchen and laundry were awesome. property wasn’t ready when we arrived at check in. the owner was very nice and apologetic but the property management didn’t respond to any of my messages.
no toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, laundry detergent. hallways dirty and smelly but once inside it was fine.

Great location, clean and tidy apartment. Spacious living room and bedrooms. Plenty of restaurants close by. Easy access to the Riverside walk.

Great location first floor flat above shopping strip. Very well presented and appointed. Good kitchen. TVs in bedrooms and sitting room. Flat feels like a home. Good kitchen, perfect for a London base, only 10 minute walk along shopping strip of trendy Richmond to the station for regular trains to central London only 15 minutes away.
Richmond offers great variety of restaurants, and is an easy access for Heathrow by vehicle.
There’s not much to dislike, although you will have to tolerate a small bathroom typical of London flats, and you will hear street noise and noise from other tenants in flats above, but nothing too problematic.

Great location, great apartment, lovely finish, clean and well equipped.
Communal entrance and hallway leading up to the apartment was very very dirty and smelly. There were no curtains in the bedrooms and the blinds didnt fit well, so useless. Light poured in and very hard to sleep. Real let down on what was otherwise a great finish to a lovely apartment.

Nicely decorated. Kitchen fully equipped with updated appliances. Very comfortable living spaces.

The flat is in a great location; also well furnished with personal touches. Well equipped kitchen.
On arrival (30 minutes after the designated earliest check in time) the flat had not been cleaned properly. The beds were stripped and empty, and the kitchen was dirty with food left in the fridge and the full rubbish bag left on the floor. The bathroom had also not been clean.
To the owners credit, this was sorted out within an hour; however given the cost, and the late check in / early check out times, this was unacceptable.

Beautiful, bright and fresh property, fabulous location and excellent neighborhood, lively and convenient for everything. Well-equipped with all modern amenities and the property was clearly furnished with care and attention. Enjoyable stay except for the excessive noise and heat affecting sleep throughout stay.
Very noisy all day and night especially as windows had to be left opened due to excessively hot weather during the first half of the week we were there for lack of air-conditioning. Also consequent to the open bedroom windows, wafts of neighborhood cooking inevitably filled the apartment. The pub next door attracted customers to the outdoor seating with spirited conversations easily overheard. Significant greenhouse effect due to large windows, difficult to cool inside the apartment, and the single small fan was inadequate and noisy, with the fan blade coming off and had to be re-attached repeatedly. Air conditioning would be very much appreciated. Views out of both bedrooms were only of roof tops in need of cleaning.
