Het was een schoon en ruim appartement. Het is ook goed uitgerust en had een prima bed.

Het ligt heel centraal waardoor er best wat verkeer over de stenen heen rijdt steeds. Voor ons iets te lawaaierig helaas. Verder lukte het online inchecken niet waardoor we op een andere locatie langs moesten komen. De dame zelf was trouwens heel vriendelijk dus daar lag het niet aan.

Close to bus station which was a huge plus, people are welcoming and helped with directions to our apartment. Keys to the apartment need to be picked up at the gas station, from there you are able to head to the apartment, that was our only difficulty. Safe for families.

Short version: we booked a room here but were not able to access the property. Their "checkin" site did not work. Finally, we gave up and drove to another city and stayed in a real hotel, checked in with a real person with a real smile. Longer Version: Roaming Data is expensive, so we do not spend 30 minutes reviewing the checkin complexities of 6 different options when we want to book acccomodation. Also, it is not how I want to spend my life. We were in this town and decided to stay. We booked then tried to checkin. The debit payment was immediate. We received an email telling us we had to checkin online. On roaming data. The link did not work. For 30 minutes we tried to checkin but got the error message, "Reservation is not ready for checkin yet." This is at 19:00. We tried to phone the two phone numbers many times. No-one answered. We sent SMS text messages. No-one answered. We wrote emails through Booking. No-one answered. We wasted 90 minutes trying to access this property before we gave up and drove to Cordoba. I am angry. This is the following day and they have not reacted at all to us not checking in. They have the money, so who cares? This is a day later. I have been refunded what I paid. The provider did not apologise or acknowledge there had been a problem.

We had to find a petrol station to get the keys.
