This vacation rental is an absolute gem. The location was perfect with the pool/beach being right there and easy access to other areas of the island. The vacation rental has everything you’d need and want! Our family absolutely loved everything about this trip, and we’ll definitely be back!

The location of this condo is excellent, right on the beach! Despite being busy, Villamare is a quiet and family friendly area.The condo itself was clean and nicely decorated. It was all of the extras (beach chairs/towels, boogie boards, umbrellas, buggy, etc.) that made this place even better! Not having to pack or rent any beach gear was amazing!! Judy, the owner, communicated well in all steps of the process, and provided great information about the area and thorough instructions. Our family would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone!

We were so pleased with this unit. The host answered every question we had! This unit had everything we needed for a week of vacation. The kitchen was not lacking anything needed to cook and the beach umbrellas, chairs, and beach towels were a nice touch. We would love to stay here again!

Beautiful condo with everything you need including beach chairs and umbrellas, Pool and beach are an easy walk. Our favorite activity was riding bikes, even to the grocery store. Judy was the best host we've ever had. Responded quickly to questions and gave great recommendations. We hope to rent this same condo again. Perfect week!

Judy's property was just what we were looking for. We are a family of 4 including a teenage boy and girl. The second bedroom with two queen beds allowed our children to sleep comfortable and was nice and large for the two of them to not be crammed in together. The Master was also super comfy along with a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and family room for all to relax in after long days of exploring and enjoying a round of golf. We had a fun time and loved all the amenities Palmetto Dunes had to offer. Many were just a short walk away! We enjoyed the Toptracer range one night at the Robert Trent Jones course and nice round to follow the next day. Beautifully kept and the lagoon system throughout the coarse always allowed for a nice view- not just for golf but walking and biking as well. We highly recommend and can't wait to return in the future.

Week long spring break vacation for my family with two small children. This was likely one of the best rental condos we have stayed at. Clean , beautiful view, stocked with everything we needed including a pack n play and pool toys. Comfortable with plenty of space to spend time together. 1-2 minute walk to the pool and beautiful non crowded beach. General store is a short walk with breakfast, lunch and all kinds of other essentials and treats. Owner was extremely responsive. Please stay here for an awesome family vacation!

This condo was a great unit in Villamare in Palmetto Dunes. We stayed in a different unit last year and this one was everything the other one wasn’t. It was clean and mostly redone. No mustiness! A kitchen equipped with everything you can imagine for a 2 month stay, Also supplied us with beach towels, chairs, buggy and cooler! Judy was always prompt with her responses and easy to reach. Would not hesitate to rent from her again!

Very easy and simple. Was able to add a couple days to the beginning since there were a couple open days.

Judy maintained contact before during and after our stay. Check in was smooth and easy. We had all the info we needed prior to arrival. The condo is nicely appointed and the kitchen well supplied. We would definitely rent this property again.

We have stayed in Hilton Head 5 times over the past few years and Judy's place has been the best! Villamare is perfect- it's right on the beach, you can quickly walk to the general store, and the indoor pool & hot tub was really nice, especially for winter. The condo had everything we could possibly need. In fact, it had more than I've ever seen before in other VRBO's, including a meat thermometer, cocktail shaker, beach bag, extra backpack, starter coffee pods and a welcome bottle of wine!. Judy also checked in to make sure everything was good and gave some local food tips. And weird detail, but I love that the condo had a lot of hooks because there never seems to be enough when you have to hang wet bathing suits and towels. Judy really seemed to think of everything! Would definitely stay again!

This property is one of the best VRBO properties that we have rented! After visiting HHI for 12 years and 5 times at Villamare, the is one of the nicest condos we have experienced! It is beautifully updated with many conveniences such as beach towels, chairs & umbrellas. Judy was easy to communicate with and responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the location of the building near Coligney, the general store and the beach!The owner was very accommodating and responsive. Smooth check in & out, nice amenities. We really enjoyed our stay at Villamare.

My family and I drove from Maryland down to HHI for a week. I've been before and stayed at a hotel, this is such a different and homey experience. The condo is beautiful and in a great location for biking or driving where you want to go. The beach, the pool, the distance to all of the fun stuff is great. Will definitely be back again and Judy was so informative and wonderful to book with!

This property is outstanding. Great location just steps from the pool and beach in Palmetto Dunes and next door to the Marriott where I was attending a conference, so easy to walk to. Very clean and updated throughout. Judy was absolutely great to work with and provided great communication throughout the booking and our stay in her condo. Highly recommend this rental.

The property was everything it was advertised to be. Very neat, nicely decorated and recently updated with new appliances, fresh paint. Lots of extras like beach chairs, umbrellas, bluetooth speakers. We were even greeted by a bottle of wine. The owner was awesome. Judy communicated pertinent information in an easy to understand manner and checked in with us at the beginning and end of our visit to make sure everything was okay. The view was great and access to pool and beach was very convenient. We are already planning to stay at this location next year. Everything was great. Highly recommended.

The property was better than advertised. The unit was nicely furnished and equipped with everything one would need for a nice beach vacation. The view was excellent and the property was very clean! The communication with the owner was excellent. I have stayed at Villamare several time and will be certain to stay there again and hopefully in the same unit.

We cannot say enough positive things about Judy and her condo. The pictures we saw and the descriptions given online were completely accurate- the place looks even better in person. We loved the location of this corner unit located on the top floor. It was nice and quiet. It was also not right next to the elevator but yet not too far away from it. Many renovations had recently taken place within the unit and it was beautiful and clean and modern. The layout was practical and open and spacious. We enjoyed having two balconies- one for us off of our bedroom and one for our 18 years olds off of theirs. Judy supplies beach chairs, noodles, beach umbrellas, and beach towels. It was fantastic! To not have to pack those items in our car then load /unload them multiple times was a huge bonus! She also had complimentary bath soap, and travel sized shampoo and conditioner in both of the bathrooms. Even though we never personally met, Judy clearly got to know us as we communicated our reasons for coming to the area. She was very warm and helpful, offering suggestions for places to eat and golf and things to do. She also gave tips on where to rent bikes and how to get a discount. When we had a little difficulty checking in and we texted her she responded immediately. We were thoroughly impressed by this ocean view condo and by Judy and we have stayed at a lot of different vrbo units over the years. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend without any reservations.

The condo was perfect for my family’s vacation! The property was convenient to local activities but in the private Palmetto Dunes community. The unit was well stocked, beautifully appointed, and easily accessible to pool and beach. The owner was wonderful to work with, and I would highly recommend the rental!

We had a terrific experience with our vacation last week. Judy was so helpful and informative before we even arrived at the condo. The location was just what we wanted, as was the cleanliness and upkeep. Everything we could have hoped for, and lots of towels! We will definitely want to go back.
