Spacious, very clean, peaceful, and lovely home to enjoy for rest and relaxation when not out exploring Long Beach. Highly recommended!

We were never able to go in to the apartment. The code for the door didn't work and customer service at Vacasa was not able to help me! they keep us waiting until midnight trying to find the code. We left at that time and checking at a Best Western, considering legal action.

The property is a 2-minute walk from the beach. The deer come up to the porch in the morning for nibbles of Apples, and we left the window open a crack so we can listen to the frogs and the waves crash upon the beach at night. Overall I would rate this 5 stars. The pictures of the views are understated. The sunset was breathtaking. Magnificent!

Great location, clean and quiet, just 2 blocks off the main road. You can walk to Castaways, great clam chowder or follow the boardwalk down to Pickled Fish to watch the sunset. While you can't really see the ocean, you can watch the wildlife at the pond. We saw the resident deer, an eagle, a hawk, lots of ducks and smaller birds. Not a lot of people at the end of January, which was really nice and peaceful.

Let me start by saying we have been VRBO people for many years and have stayed in about five different condos in the same complex. The check-in: Problematic even before we left. VRBO didn't really handle any of it but instead, Vacasa did. When we had problems, VRBO had us call Vacasa. Vacasa kept bugging us by text to finish our reservations (despite the fact we had already paid). I finally got on Vacasa's website and filled out a form. But I kept being bugged... FOR information that was in their form. On the good side, I'd forgotten my paperwork and had to call for the unit number. I was, after identifying myself, promptly given what we needed. We got inside to find the smoke detector chirping about every 30 seconds. We called in (to Vacasa) and were expected to replace the battery. I had to stand on a dining room chair (no ladder). I'd also include the lack of a book of directions on how to operate things in the condo (like the special doors, the electric fireplace, and more). Heating: The entire heating was two small wall heaters and the electric fireplace (that had a controller that you could only see the display if you held it exactly at the right angle). It took almost 18 hours until we felt comfortable. Cleaning: You know we are dinged with so many charges that the cost of our trip was twice the advertised price. I do understand ONE fee for overhead and one fee for cleaning. So we are paying a fee for cleaning... in effect paying for the maid service on the condo. We got ripped off. When you are finding stuff crusted on the counters, the toaster that was more filthy than any I've ever seen, and a smelly easy chair cover, I think my money for this should be refunded. Not Exceptional Condition: Where do I start? Divot out of the sheetrock. Dark black marks on the walls, a light over the counter that didn't work even after I replaced the bulb, the dining room table was so wobbly I wouldn't put a meal down on it, one of the dining room chairs wobbly enough that I thought I would collapse to the floor, a TV stand in the bedroom missing the TV... And my personal favorite... an added tall cabinet to the bathroom. It isn't fastened to the wall. It makes getting in and out of the shower a challenge. The single earthquake bracket they have for the cabinet is only held by one screw and that one isn't fully seated. Overall: The apartment is cute but so many problems led to us finding it a tedious rather than luxurious get-away.

This is a very convenient location with walkable access to boardwalk, beach, and downtown. Condo is well stocked with lots of towels a linens. First floor access is nice for loading and unloading and stil. Had a bit of ocean view. FYI there are no barbecues and there is a coffee pot but no Keurig. Also lists gas fireplace but it’s actually an electric unit but it worked wonderful for a November stay. Very cozy and you can tell condo has some updates. Some of furniture is getting worn but overall it’s comfortable. Would definately book again!

Everything we wanted and needed, with the boardwalk and beach outside your windows and the town of Long Beach only a block away. Quiet, private, and serene. We loved watching the deer roam by the deck.

Nice kitchen, bathrooms, location was good.

Sandside was comfortable, spacious, with a super-soft bed, rain shower head, & great t.v. entertainment. There was boardwalk access & close to the main street of Long Beach!

Very clean condo, loved that we could see our car from the bedroom. Deer visited us off the balcony, which was extremely private. You could hear the ocean and it was so peaceful!

Quiet, nicely furnished, and even on ground floor we had great view of sunsets.

Right outside your condo! A quick stroll over a dune and under the boardwalk gets you to 28 miles of unbroken beach. Lots of kite flyers! Also a short walk down the boardwalk to a decent bar/restaurant and the kite museum- plus some locally made liquor. Condo was quiet and pleasant. Be aware that the photo of the view is, however, from an upper floor. You can barely see the water from this ground floor unit, but you can hear it and the breeze is great.

Quiet , remote but close to town and boardwalk. Loved the deer visiting right off the balcony. For the next guests: fix the coffee grinder and clean the oven-

Renting this property was a breeze however we were supposed to receive instructions on how to get in to the property Friday morning but we didn’t receive any information until after noon. Maybe this is the way they do things I don’t know but I didn’t like to feel left wondering if we were really going to be able to check in. We drove 5 hours to get to Longbeach Washington and I would have appreciated better communication about how to access the condo. The condo was very nice and comfortable. My husband is a vegan so we desperately needed a place with a kitchen and this place was exactly what we needed. The only thing we were lacking was a 13 x 9 pan that we needed for a casserole but we improvised with a deep dish cookie sheet. All in all if we needed a place to stay in Longbeach we would rent here again.

Really well laid out small condo with everything you need for two or three people. Good walking access to beach/boardwalk and town.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, had a nice view and we felt very safe. The condo has a nice location ( close to everything).

Convenient location, quiet and great boardwalk and beach access. The condo was super clean with plenty of blankets, towels and cozy throws. A lot of good books to read while snuggling up to the fire. My husband and I were very comfortable and would go back again. We also enjoyed the frogs singing at night and visits from the deer.

We loved this place. It is close to everything -- downtown, the boardwalk and the ocean. It has lots of light and very comfortable.
