The location was brilliant for what we wanted love staying in Porthleven . Restaurants & shops in walking distance .

parking would have been really good. instead of 6pm till 9am,monday to saturday and all day sundays, although there is a car park in easy walking distance, but in busy periods can be full.

Absolutely superb location with everything right on the doorstop. Very clean & modern with very comfortable beds.

The noise from the apartment upstairs was very loud, you could hear every footstep & at one point it sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling!! Could do with some sort of shelving in the shower cubicles as having to bend down & retrieve your toiletries from the shower tray was interesting when it’s such a small space.

The accommodation was spacious, clean and comfortable, had a washing machine, two bedrooms and two bathrooms—and was in a great location.

no parking, so difficult to get luggage to the accommodation.

convenient to visiting other areas close to the harbour close to shops etc

apart from parking it worked out not to bad could do with a better selection of drinking glasses !!!
