There were 4 adults in our group and our adult son joined us for a few days. Everything was absolutely wonderful. One of the most relaxing VRBO’s we have ever stayed at! Beds were comfortable along with the inside and outdoor accommodations. Our host, Mike answered our questions promptly. We had 0 issues 😀 in fact, were pleasantly surprised at all the “little extras” included such as spices and zip lock baggies, aluminum foil, a variety of “floaties” for the pool along with a small cooler and bikes etc. Those extras make a difference. Location was perfect for us. We walked to Fisherman’s Village and surrounding areas nearly every day. So much to do and see. Coffee by the pool first thing every morning. I could go on and on but suffice it to say… we would totally rent this again! The hosts have really considered and followed through to make this a fantastic home to rent . Most relaxing vacation to date 😀

The location of this house can't be beat - Just a quick walk to Fishermen's Village, and only a bit further to the beach, playground, grocery store, and everything else in town. The house was immaculately clean and well-furnished. We spent quite a bit of time in the pool and hot tub and both are great. We loved the open layout of the home and the sunniness. Better than the pictures.

Very nice home. We enjoyed the heated pool and it was great for relaxing. The location was great and it was walking distance to Fisherman's Village. View is beautiful over looking the canals.

This was our second time renting this property and it was exactly how we remembered. Tons of open space and seating options, huge kitchen and really great pool/hot tub. Mike is a really responsive host and reached out almost instantly when I messaged him with questions. Definitely recommend!

We had a terrifically relaxing time at Casa Caicos! Jennifer and Mike are excellent hosts, a few days ahead we received a comprehensive guide to the house and area which was a great help in planning our list of things to do ahead of time. The house is beautiful, spotless, and well-maintained, the photos don't do it justice. The pool and spa are beautiful; a nice place to start and end the day! Caicos is on a quiet Cul-de-sac with nice neighbors. The location is great, a short walk or bike to Fisherman’s with access to the Harborwalk was perfect. The town is very bike/walker friendly which was perfect for a morning bike around town. We love live music and good food, our must-go recommendations are Shorty’s for a gritty local spot for drinks and music, Leroy’s Southern Kitchen has an upbeat vibe with a great selection of casual southern cuisine. Hemmingways drew us in when we heard the music from down the block, they had a must-visit outdoor patio where there was a fantastic blues trio. We were too full from Leroy’s to indulge any further, but the food looked great! Finally, our go-to for sunset views, cocktails, and casual music was TT’s Tiki bar or Hurricane Harry’s. Michael and his wife are terrific hosts, he rang to check on us and if we needed anything, the house is lovely, fabulous deep pool, wonderful bed and linen and everything was spotlessly clean. We had a great stay and recommend this property wholeheartedly. Hope to return. Thanks Mike and Jennifer.

We had the most relaxing vacation at this beautiful home in Punta Gorda. The house has a great layout, and equipped with everything we needed. We spent the majority of our time in the pool and hot tub, it was wonderful. The location was perfect, we rode bikes and walked to the Fisherman’s Village and downtown. This VRBO was perfection.

Beautiful property. Great neighborhood and location. Full disclosure I asked the management for a significant discount after my experience. read through to the end. Thursday night arrived 530 pm to no water (hence no bathroom) due to unexpected hot water problem. OK Things happen. Had handy man there after going out to dinner till 930 pm to fix a hot water heater . Ok bad luck . He could not fix it. At least water service restored. Come to find out they were trying to do a contractor grade upgrade to direct electrical heating with a DIY Home Depot solution. They could not get back to it till 5 the next day because handy man is running a charter boat till then. What? Are you kidding me? Next day late afternoon they say an electrician will be there Sat to wire it up. At this point no turning back. Long story short mid Monday handyman rips out the upgrade and installs new hot water heater that should/could have been installed before we got there. So we get a hot shower night before we leave ! But the best part is that managements response is all we had to " endure was 85 degree showers" so no meaningful discount. News flash cold water is cold water. On a positive Handy man a great guy (that is important because that is who it appears takes care of problems). Also of note the ice maker is not operational (management knows didn't seam to matter) and the wifi is intermittent so don't rely on it for that quick login to the office if that is important let alone stream a movie. I will definitely make sure the next rental is professionally managed.

We really enjoyed our stay! It has a beautiful view looking over the canals. Peaceful and relaxing! It was super clean. Beds and linens are very comfy. Kitchen was well stocked. We used the hot tub almost every night. It’s a short walk to Fisherman’s Village (lots of restaurants, quaint shops, tiki bar). Owner was very responsive with any questions we had. Looking forward to our next stay here!

The pool/hot-tub/ grill area is awesome and we loved the lagoon for fishing behind the house . The owner is very attentive and promptly answered my call or text within minutes. Very close to shops and stores and within walking distance to fisherman’s village. Many great places to eat and stores there. It is about an hour drive to Siesta Key beaches. Would stay again for sure! Highly recommend. Please note town closes early and many stores and restaurants are closed by 8-9:00.

We had a wonderful stay at this home for 2 weeks. The house is very clean and the beds are comfy. The pool and the hot tub area is beautiful and the kids swam all day, everyday. One of the best things about the house is the location. It is a 5 min walk to Fisherman’s village. The hosts are gracious and welcoming as well. :) Overall, great stay!

There are also great walking paths and opportunities for outdoor activities. Many things to do within short driving distances as well. The home itself was extremely clean and comfortable with both a pool, spa tub, and fishing dock. The owner made it very easy to contact him with any questions we might have had and responded quickly.

We stayed for 3 weeks worked some and vacationed part as well. The home was equipped with everything you need. Close proximity to walk and bike to town and fisherman’s village. We loved the spa. I would recommend this property and Mike & Jen were very great to work with!

It was such a joy staying here. The kitchen was fully stocked with all that we needed. The pool and spa were heavenly. The pictures did not do it justice. Can’t wait to get back soon.

Even more spacious than the pictures show. Very comfortably fit 6 of us with plenty of space for our little ones to run around. The pool and hot tub were perfect and there are so many different spaces to hang out throughout the house and screened in patio. We loved it!
