We had a wonderful stay at Paul's villa. The view is fantastic. Paul was very responsive and made us feel welcome (he even left us some welcoming bubbly in the fridge). House was as described in the ad and all 9 people were comfortable. The location is perfect for driving to all of the famous beaches and stores. Would definitely return!

This property was the best. The property was clean, provided privacy, and all the accommodations and amenities needed for an enjoyable vacation on St. Thomas. I highly recommend this property and looking forward to staying here on our next vacation.

We loved the location of the property - it was very beautiful and had all we needed for a wonderful vacation. Our host was very personable and accommodating and responsive. We would definitely go back!

We had a big group of people new to the island and weren’t sure what to expect. Paul made it so easy to check in and not worry about anything during our stay, he is a super host! The rooms were great and the kitchen had everything we needed. The view is unbeatable, sunrises, rainbows and ocean!

Paul was both a great active host and provided an excellent stay. The home is beautiful and very spacious for larger groups. Only two showers, but we didn’t find that too limiting. It should be noted that the house is a bit remote in it’s location, but again nothing too limiting on the overall experience. Our group rented mopeds. However, every single one of us had plenty of prior experience, and I’d definitely say that’s a must if you decide that route. I’d happily stay at the property again.

The location is ideal for getting anywhere on the island we wanted to go within 15 minutes. We had eight guests (married couple with two adult children and four younger children) and the number of rooms and beds (comfortable) were just right where we had enough space to be separate and together. The views were amazing. The air conditioning works great. We prepared most of our meals in and that worked out just fine. The host was very responsive to our needs and was great to supply many little extras such as drinking water, tissues, and beach toys. And the host was very reasonable working with us on a window blind we damaged. We had no issues with internet speed. We had no problems with showers and hot water. For us, not having a master bedroom door felt a little weird, but ultimately was never much of an issue. If returning to St Thomas, we’d definitely look to stay here again and recommend it to others.

This place was breathe taking. A hidden gem. We had a hard time getting there the first time but by the second day we were acting like pros. Our host helped us out with every question and concern. Thank you so much Paul. My group of 13 were a little rowdy at times age ranging 28 - 55 so I thank him for his patience. We ended up using a taxi service because we weren't comfortable driving but if you like to venture out you may want to get your own vehicle.

This was a beautiful rental with amazing and breathtaking views of the Atlantic. The property had all of the cookware and spices that you would need to make delicious meals for your family. The property owner was responsive and lives in a building just adjacent to this property, so it makes for easy resolution of any issue. One piece that was not clear from the listing is that the house is actually multi-unit. The property we stayed in was the largest in the building, but from the photos and listing description, we thought we would have the entire property. There are two additional units on the lower level of the structure. There is no shared space, but when all parties are on their balconies you can hear and see your neighbors. I think it would have been helpful to have this piece clarified before booking, but overall, it was a wonderful vacation and beautiful property.

This property is very beautiful and had incredible views. Property is spacious, clean and the house is well stocked with all essential needs. Kitchen is very well stocked with cookware, spices, tea, coffee ect. The owners are really kind and communicate well. A few items to note, the water pressure is not the best. We had 7 people staying in the house and were unable to use the two showers at the same time. There is also no door on the bathroom in the master bedroom which is inconvenient when sharing the house with several people. The upstairs bathroom barely flushes. We did inform the property owner who stated we were not using the proper button but it continued to not flush properly throughout our stay. We also lost power for about 15 hours. We understand from several locals that it's common to lose power but there was no generator ready to back up the water pump. We were okay without the electricity except the no access to water is an issue when you have to use the bathroom. The property owner was able to fix the generator eventually but it would have been better if it was ready. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would recommend this property.
