Clean, updated appliances, video games, owner is very easy to deal with. About 4 minute walk to the slopes.

My daughter and her bridesmaids stayed here the weekend of her wedding which was at the top of Mount Rosebrook at Bretton Woods. It was the perfect location to be near all of the festivities!

The property is perfect for a big group. Only issue is the listing says 12 beds, while it really only 10. The bed configuration on the web page also shows 12 beds. Also, the upstairs shower had some issues with the faucet. But, would absolutely stay here again.

The property was perfect for a weekend away skiing. The condo itself has a great layout and the location is perfect. Would definitely book to stay again!

Property was perfect for our annual family ski trip. Plenty of room to spread out, convenient to the slopes, yet quietly tucked in the woods. Kudos the hosts for welcoming guests with stocked coffee, fresh linens, and toiletries.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room for two families with five teens between us. Easy access to slopes. The keyless entry was so convenient as it allowed the teens to come and go during the day. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is ski in/ski out and was exactly as described in the listing. We had a good time staying here.

The condo was great-large (5 bedrooms) and would easily fit three families. Kitchen was well stocked with spices, coffee pods, sugar, zip locks/foil etc. Beds were comfortable and pillows and comforters were plush. Lots of family board games to play and great fireplaces. Only thing to mention is that it’s not ski in-ski out. It’s a good 5-10 min walk (down the driveway, across the road and uphill another driveway) to the trail. When we were there (mid January), the trail to the condos was closed because of insufficient snow so we couldn’t ski back home. The walk to the slopes would have been fine for adults (and better if you could ski down the driveways in heavy snow) but it was not feesable for our elementary aged children.

Close to Mt Washington resort. You can use their facility but are not allowed to book any reservations unless you are staying in their hotel.

Kitchen is a little small, but well stocked with everything we needed. All of the bedrooms made sure each family member had a bed, with beds to spare. Communication with the owner was prompt. And the welcome packet at the start of our stay was comprehensive. Would definitely rent here again. Thanks!!
