Enjoyed our stay very much

It was beautiful big and had almost everything i needed. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Location was perfect!

This condo is extremely clean and very nicely furnished. Also an excellent location. Close to everything. Our little pet had a great place to walk right behind the condo. The owners were very nice . Could not have ever asked for a better place to stay. Due to illness we had to reschedule from December to May and they were so gracious to work with us . Would surely recommended this place.

We had a most enjoyable stay here. Our puppy also enjoyed his time. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Plenty of safe places to walk, and a very dog friendly community. The pools are also well maintained. We plan to stay here again when we go back!

My mother and I had a great stay at this condo. Everything is as stated on listing. There is an elevator close to the unit which was key since my mother can't do steps. The unit was clean and literally has everything you need for vacation, minus you and your food :) The location has great access to 17 and short drive to beach, restaurants, grocery store etc. The owners were very communicative and responded right away to any of my questions. I definitely recommend this condo to be in your consideration list.

Very clean and organized with very much detail from entry door, floors, fridge, kitchen, bathrooms, and rooms. Nice decor to compliment beach, everyone felt at home and comfortable during our stay.

This condo is very clean and beautiful. Not lonely that the owners stick it with all the extras. Items like beach chairs, cooler and towels. I have saved this condo for future use.

I booked the condo for a girls trip for myself and my two daughters 12 and 6 for our first time in Myrtle Beach. I wanted a condo that was close to the beach and a pool. The owner was easy to get in touch with in the event I had any questions. She was quick to respond. The reviews of the place are accurate and even better in person. The condo is more spacious then the pictures show which is great when you have two children. It is decorated beautifully with beach décor. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked including beach chair and a cooler for the beach. The pool was right behind the condo, and the beach was only a five minute drive. The condo is also within a 10 minute drive of the many activities that Myrtle has to offer. The only thing I would add for an improvement is maybe a map of the condo or a clear direct description of where it is. I drove by the place a few times and had to ask for help with a kind neighbor. I would highly recommend this condo, and would rent again in the future.

This was our first time in Myrtle Beach and our first time booking with Vrbo and both experiences were great! The condo is beautiful and relaxing! The beds are comfy just as described which is one of the reasons we picked this place. The back porch is so relaxing my kids enjoyed sitting outside playing while we made dinner or were just hanging out. We also enjoyed the games the David and Pamela have in the condo. Most of the time when we have gone on vacation we were never comfortable enough to want to stay in the place to relax where we were staying and this was the complete opposite! The provide everything you need and have made their condo extremely comfortable for you! The condo is in a great area close to the beach or other things you may want to go do. Also we had an issue with the lock on our door (not David or Pamela’s fault at all) they were so quick to get the issue resolved. That is the kind of people I want to be renting from! Things happen out of our control and I loved that they were on top of it and in constant communication with us to get the issue resolved. We will definitely book with them again on our next trip to Myrtle Beach!

We could not be happier with our stay. The condo was amazing. It was very clean. The location was perfect, close to the beach and shopping. The complex was nice, too. The pool was great and just a short walk. Communication with Pamela and David was easy. We would certainly stay here again. We had a blast in Myrtle Beach. Thank you again Pamela and David.

We had a wonderful stay at Pamela and David's beach home. The condo was well appointed and very comfortable. We loved the pools! Pamela was easy to deal with and answered all questions in a timely manner. We will definitely stay again!!

My husband, 3-year old daughter and I stayed at this condo for a week and loved it. The pool was an easy walk right behind the condo, and the beach only a 5-minute drive away. We parked at the 39th St. parking lot every day and loved how uncrowded this part of the beach was. We had a slight issue with the neighbor above and Pamela was very responsive and helpful when I let her know about it. Overall a great time and many memories made!

I am very picky when i stay somewhere and Pamela's place did not disappoint. She answered many questions i had prior, during and after booking. The condo is so so homey! It had everything we needed to feel like we were at home! Beach was close, grocery stores, restaurants etc. Do not hestitate to book!

The set-up was for a text message which never came but we did finally get a response by phone call. Other than that the condo was very comfortable and well equipped we were very happy with our stay

I needed an updated clean condo that was centrally located in Myrtle Beach and this fit the bill perfectly. Very clean and well appointed. Will stay here again.

We stayed for a weekend, and loved it! We would definitely stay here again. We felt very safe at this location. Loved the quiet hours after 10. Very close to broadway at the beach and other spots in town that we visited.

My favorite vrbo place so far. Super comfortable, very close to things to do, walking path right next to the place and the owners are very responsive.
