They have good facilities, such as gym, pool and shower room.

When I checked in, a staff recommended me additional breakfast buffet service. So I added it to existed reservation. But staffs told me that I couldn't confirm my reservation, whenever I went to the entrance of buffet service every morning. It's six days in a row!!! I had same question from staffs every morning!! The causes were that their IT system couldn't upload the customer list in the case of a sudden change at the time of checking in and staffs didn't make effort to cover the lack of IT system by their operations. If I were a staff, I would communicate to the staffs and upload the customer list with hand writing at the first morning not to be unsatisfied. When I pointed out this problem to the staff, their answer was that it was their IT system problem and uncontrollable. They don't have a will to make improvements.

Friendly staff, very polite badly designed hotel

The bar was an afterthought in the lobby with no seating area away from the barstools. The restaurant is so small they put overflow tables in the entrance area. The free van to the airport takes 6 people at 7am. But there’s no booking system or queue so even after arriving in lobby at 6:20 we could not secure a ride and the staff don’t organise anything so we got a Grab.

Firstly, there was receptionist who didn’t care about guest she prioritised another local guests, meanwhile there was another receptionist who assisted them. I was staying before and paid the same price for staying, but in the last time I didn’t have hair blower. Power sockets weren’t in a good condition.

We reserved a room for 3 people. When booked we requested there be an additional cot supplied additional to the current beds. To our surprise there was only one double bed in the room with no cot. One bed for 3 people? They wanted to first charge us for a bed and even a third towel.

Staff was great. Everything was clean.

Ordered room service as soon as we checked in. After more than an hour, I called for a follow up and they wanted me to wait another 45 minutes because my order wasn’t put in yet. Decided to eat at Okada during my entire stay.

I booked one night at the hotel due to a step over in Manila. I booked the room through booking with a free shuttle service and free cancellation until 3 days before. Out of nowhere, I received an email asking me ti pay the room using a 3rd party web or my room will be cancelled. As the free cancellation passed. Booking confirm that my policy dictates that I will paid at the property. Although I sent 3 email with asking for the pickup details and sharing my itinerary, never received a response. Finally, after multiple calls and 2 hours waisted at the airport, the shuttle service arrived

Housekeeping staff clean our room throughly and they were polite

I booked 2 rooms, one of the room has a mice running inside the room, staff was ready to put mouse trap if we didnt insist to change room they dont care if the mice go through our stuff or even bite my 5 yrs old niece. No lobby, buffet food was ok but staff were disorganize to wait tables

The facilities were nice and the room service delivered nice food. There was an interesting view of the Okada from the swimming pool.

There were quite a lot of people and not enough facilities to accommodate them. This was especially during breakfast where it was overcrowded that we had to be in sharing tables and looking at the swimming pool where there wasn't enough space to even just sit down. The staff also wanted me to book via the app to extend my stay but would not respond when I requested via the booking app to extend. The admin was really slow at checking people in so it took us quite some time on the line. It would have been great if there were some seats whilst waiting if they were going to take over 30 minutes.

Our stay at Kingsford Hotel Manila was really good . The location is good close to the airport & shopping malls . The staff iare very friendly & helpful . Our room are always clean big shout out to Rezza & other housekeeping staff in 12th floors .

It's only one thing I didn't like maybe they need to upgrade their chiller to a bar fridge instead at least we can put some ice cream in the freezer .

Запазих хотела заради огромно закъснение на полета ми. Исках да е близо до летището, за да имаме няколко часа в които да поспим. Така или иначе не можах да спя, заради тънките стени на хотела. Чуваше се всичко и от съседните стаи и от коридора, а хората не викаха, просто си водиха нормален разгор, който ние слушахме все едно сме в една стая!

За толкова години в които пътувам не бях виждал по-намръщени служители на рецепция! Държаха се грубо, бяха намръщени, а ние просто се настанихме, не сме имали никакви изисквания, за да са недоволни?!

We don’t like the lower room like in 8th floor noisy people even in midnight we heard it seems someone hammering the floor or walls and old bathroom. Ladies staff at the Front desk are snob and makes their customers stupid for hard to please 😔😔😔😡

Clean and comfortable and close to the airport. The pool is wonderful.

The bathroom is a bit small and the water didn't get any hotter than lukewarm. We had an adjoining room with our adult kids, but each room had a door that automatically closed, so we couldn't move between rooms without knocking and waiting for someone to open the door. For some reason, the porter who brought up our luggage wasn't given the key to unlock the doors and they sent a separate employee to do that simple task. We'd given a tip to the first employee, but weren't expecting to give one to the second employee for doing the most basic of tasks. The breakfast menu wasn't as extensive as it was in our previous visit in July. The pool closed at 8pm. For such a hot country and for the room rates they charge, 10pm would be a more appropriate closing time. I don't like doing negative reviews, but our visit to this hotel in July was more impressive.

Ontbijt was matig, weinig keus en dagelijks het zelfde. De locatie is heel goed, zoals ook de veiligheid in de omgeving. Prijs wat aan de hoge kant als je kijkt naar de algehele ervaring van je verblijf in het hotel. Parkeren is ook een probleem. De garage heeft weinig ruimte en er is duidelijk geen rekening gehouden met het aantal bezoekers als de hotel vol geboekt is. Een matig verblijf dus en er mag duidelijk heel wat veranderd worden als deze prijzen worden aangehouden.

Alles behalve de locatie. Zoals ik het hierboven hebt beschreven, kan je wel concluderen dat het een matig verblijf is geweest. Het enige dat positief is bevallen is de locatie en de veiligheid in en rondom het hotel. Voor de rest is alles zeer matig.
