The flat was not as described, I am sure that they wrote the reviews for theirself. In description they wrote 60qm. It was maximal 35-40qm. Too small for 4 adults people. The kitchen and bathroom also very small,no wardrobe, no shelfs...the fridge is also very small, you can not shop for more days. The kitchen is very bad equipped. The bed size in the bedroom is good, but very uncomfortable. We left the apartment on the next day(before 11 am) - so we have been there only 1 night. The host has booked 2 nights instead of 1 night, 127€. We had to book an other apartment. If the host would have written the truth of the flat size, location,beds..... we would not had to move to an other apartment and we would not had to pay 250€ more for our holidays, just cause of her lie!! We called booking to get some help, but they did not helped! Of course we reported our problem to the consumer protection against booking.com and also against the host and we put in a claim for damages. We do not recommend to book them, better if you choose and other flat for you holidays! PS: You can see a picture about our sea view....

It was very clean, the host was very polite, they provided a cod and a high chair for our baby without an extra cost. great location

We really enjoyed our short stay here. The flat is basic, but has all you need for a short stay as a couple. Location is good, you can get everything walking distance. We loved the smooth check-in/check-out and communication with the host was excellent.

The shower temperature couldn't be regulated properly and kitchen utensils needed better cleaning. Someone in the building was a smoker and would smoke in the corridor... Which was quite annoying for us!

Lovely modern apartment, very convenient location. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful.

A shelf for toiletries in the bathroom would be useful :).

We booked this property based on incorrect advertisement. The owner insists and claims the apt size is 60m sq, and this is the only reason we booked it, because we like spacious accommodation and there was nothing else available in that size in the south-eastern coast of the island. So we decided to stay in Paralimni and pay this price - solely based on the size of the apartment. When we arrived after a long journey and lugged our heavy bags from across the street to the first floor (at the time there was no access to property car park due to road construction blocking the driveway), we immediately realised that the space is way too small and tight to be 60m sq. We always have a travel size measuring tape on hand, so we decided to measure the entire apartment and including the balcony it came to only 40m sq. The owner however insisted that he has property blueprints that prove the size of 60m sq, which to us is plainly and obviously physically impossible, but hey, what's the point of arguing, when someone is convinced otherwise. We did insist however, that he change the listing details as not to confuse other guests in the future. The apartment itself was ok - relatively modern finish, but for us - simply too small for what we were looking for and we kept bumping into things and getting in each others way a lot, so that was not the perfect ending to our holiday.

Nice scent at the entrance. Water bottles were left for us.
