We enjoyed our stay at Carlos' home for the month of January. Carlos was there when we checked in and showed us around the house. Home was extremely well stocked and clean. Home is a short Drive to the beach, restaurants, and markets.

This property was perfect for our family Christmas. The house is spacious and the amenities were exactly as we needed. Love the layout and the backyard, too. Carlos was an excellent host, responsive, and very accommodating. Almost don't want to leave this review so we can have a hidden gem to ourselves for our next trips! Thank you, Carlos! This is a cute little home that is being well maintained. Nice little yard to sit outside and the neighborhood is relatively quiet. It’s about 7-10 minutes from Siesta Key depending on traffic. Carlos was quick to respond and very nice.

My boyfriend and I had a great experience staying here for a long weekend. The house was only a 5 minute drive to the beach which was a plus for us having our dog with us. The house was spacious & had everything we needed. Carlos was easy to communicate with, and he even left our dog toys to play with, dog bowls etc! What a nice touch. The backyard was huge & the house had everything from kitchen supplies, a fully stocked coffee bar, beach stuff, & even bathroom toiletries.

We had THE BEST experience in the home!!! Carlos was fantastic! The house is beautiful! MINUTES from the most beautiful beach in the US!!! Pick this house!! You wont regret it!!

Check-in process was smooth. Home had ample space and clean. The only down side was the home temperature. It was extremely warm although the thermostat was lowered. The main restroom was warm all time of the day. Overall after sunset, the house did cool down to a comfortable level and maintained. Great location, close to grocery store and beaches. Nice backyard for our dog to roam and sun bathe. Loved the extra toys, beach items, and extra items left. Will definitely consider another stay here when possible. Recommend.

Easy to check in; centrally located to the beach and other attractions. Carlos left us some goodies, beach chairs/ umbrella/ cooler and checked on us periodically. We all enjoyed our stay.

Sunny Daze was such an adorable property that was absolutely perfect for our families first experience in Sarasota and Siesta Key! The home was adorable and felt just like home. It had everything we needed for our stay AND MORE! The extras left by our host Carlos were so thoughtful and the most favorite part of our 6 year olds trip 💙We were greeted with an array of candy, snacks and other things kids love. The house was stocked with any cosmetic you could possibly need along with all the beach essentials, extra towels and sunscreen. The location was perfect and just a short drive over the bridge to Siesta Key where our friends were staying. Carlos was so friendly and helpful suggesting places to try for dinner and for any questions we had about the property. He was so accommodating and even went above and beyond when we had a special request of him our first night. We were also able to bring our fur baby and they even left bowls and doggie wipes out for her upon our arrival! We spent an amazing week in sunny Florida and this home made our trip extra special. I would recommend it to anyone!

What an awesome place. It was even better in person! The photos were accurate, the beds super comfortable, it had everything you needed for a good beach day! It was super clean and communication from the owner was awesome. One of my fave VRBO’s! Would definitely stay here again.

Carlos is a wonderful host, the property had so many niceties from beach stuff to basics like toilet paper/paper towels/garbage bags to coffee pods so we didn’t have to rush out to the store when we arrived! The house was as pictured and clean, plenty of sheets, blankets and towels, comfortable beds, great pots and pans for dining in with everything we needed. The location was perfect for us; quiet, private and about a 10 minute drive to the beach! We loved our stay and were sad to leave.

I can't say enough good things about this property! Location is near Stickney Point Rd (72) & Hwy 41. Stickney Point Rd drops you right mid-island on Siesta Key near Crescent Beach. Easy to get to all Sarasota (and beyond) attractions. Major needs are nearby-Publix, CVS, Trader Joes, Ross, Marshalls, Restaurants, Mc D's, etc. So close to everything but house is at end of street in a quiet older neighborhood with small bungalow homes. House is styled in quintessential beach motif; painted in soft blues, tile floors, so cheerful and just as shown in pictures. Plenty of bath towels and cloths, throw blankets. Originally a 2B/1B house, the conversion of a back patio (guessing) to include an extra room sofa w/pull out bed, chair and TV (we used this as 3rd bedroom) was done well and flowed off the dining area. Also in this area are a combined small bathroom and laundry room. Lots of little extra- loved the coffee bar, Kuerig and small drip coffee pot; no ice maker but some ice was provided on arrival (may have been left from previous visitor, so verify); lots of leave behinds from others- sunscreens, shampoos, aloe vera, etc. A/C works great! Good water pressure. Beds were comfortable. What was most impressive...the Host Carlos! From the 1st contact, Carlos was available and answered all questions faster than ever expected. While we never met, he was very sincere and genuine. By far the BEST experience with a host in my VRBO history and for that matter my experience in renting vacation rentals from property management companies.

the place has everything you need. From beach stuff to toothbrush. super clean, near to the best beach (8 minutes without traffic), lovely backyard with bbq, and more!

Simply an amazing place to stay the cottage was stunning ! Carlos was amazing host !

Drive was under 15 minutes to the Siesta Beach Parking depending on traffic. It is a very convenient spot to go to the beaches and restaurants. The house was clean and quiet. Carlos was an awesome host. He responded quickly and the check in and out process was so easy.

We would recommend this spacious house to any visitor to the Sarasota area. It is an especially great house for a family or two couples to rent. The lovely beach decor vibe is consistent throughout the rental. Lovely outdoor space . Quiet neighborhood. Carlos is an excellent host! We didn’t meet him but all correspondence was timely and friendly. No surprises, listing information is accurate.

The rental was very nice. Exactly like the pictures clean, beautifully decorated & supplied with everything you need even toothpaste & toothbrush’s. It’s close to the gulf & beaches. I definitely recommend it to others.

We really enjoyed our stay in Sarasota because we had a place to stay at. The house was easy to get to. Well located for what we wanted to do. It was clean and very inviting.

Loved the property, decorated beautifully. I failed to take band aids; needed one and there it was in the first aid kit. Everything we needed and more was available. Very thoughtful and considerate host; quick to communicate. Fenced in back yard very relaxing and a great hang out for our young dog. Location is great. My husband was excited we were so close to the Apple Core , one of his favorite spots for any issues with one of our apple products. Thank you Carlos for having us.

If you’re planning a trip to Sarasota, I cannot recommend this place enough! The house was very clean and the amenities were over the top! I guarantee that if you forgot to pack something, this place had it. It is a very short drive from the beach and has a grocery store around the corner. An additional bonus was that we didn’t have to do much upon checkout, which made our morning before travel that much more enjoyable. Thank you Sunny Daze for a perfect stay and making our vacation that much more enjoyable!
