The house was amazing and me and my friends really enjoyed it.

The best host. Responds in a timely manner , home clean, and organized. There’s also cameras so it makes you feel content and safe. If i was to ever visit Jackson again i would definitely book again.

When we arrived we were already not happy!!! Not a good neighborhood. Then upon arrival and unloading we find the moldy ceiling and broken blinds that anyone can see thru. Dirty linens in the washing machine. Some Sort of urine smell in the entire home. We contacted the host and she said she was sending a representative. 2 minutes later here comes the rep who is also the host and owner. We voiced our concerns and she she walked the home nevaeh said a word about a refund or partial refund like we asked for so we could leave. We had no choice but to stay. Contacted Vrbo and they were no help They can’t refund any money until the property owner answers. What a joke DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY

My friends and I arrived at the property at approximately 10:30 p.m. after driving 5 hours from Arkansas. It was my birthday weekend and I'd booked this reservation weeks in advance. Upon arrival I referenced the details that were sent to me the day before explaining how to access the property. I tried numerous times, unsuccessfully. I contacted the owner via phone call and text message and got no response. There was an officer patrolling the area and I flagged him down for assistance. He tried the keypad also, but was unsuccessful as well. I contacted VRBO and they tried to reach the owner as well; no one answered. Needless to say, my friends and I were at a loss with no place to stay for the weekend...5 hours from home. The officer was nice enough to stay with us while we called local hotels to try and reserve accommodations for the weekend. This was an awful experience for me. I've booked several stays with VRBO and nothing like this has ever happened to me. Shame on the owner of this property! I've not received a phone call, text message NOTHING, no apology. I did receive a message on the website that says the owner cancelled my reservation, the next day. I hope this doesn't happen again...to me or anyone else.
