A really lovely apartment in an excellent location. Very well equipped with high spec, comfortable, clean rooms. We particularly liked the spacious balcony and the very efficient aircon. We had an issue with the power cutting out, but the agent got back to us very quickly via WhatsApp to resolve the issue, even though it was Sunday evening. Would definitely book again.

Not much to dislike, just a couple of small things to note. Contrary to 'important information' given on bookings, the owner now asks for a security deposit of 500 euros to be sent to a bank prior to arrival, which is then returned. Due to fees and exchange rates for 2 transactions this ended up costing around 30 GBP. Not a huge amount, but needed factoring in to the cost of the holiday. It would have been nice to have had a few more pillows, only 1 per person provided, also there are only 4 dining chairs provided so we had to bring the garden chairs in from the balcony. None of these issues would stop us booking again.

Location is excellent (in the marina, next to the beach, walking distance to shops & restaurants, plenty of free parking in front of the building and easy access to the main roads). View is incredible (can see the whole coast line from Benidorm to Alicante). Sunshine in the morning, shade in the afternoon. Apartment is modern, spacious, big bedrooms, nice terrace and has everything you need.

As with most apartments in Spain, can sometimes be noisy from neighbours and the building has small elevators. In this apartment we missed curtains in the 2 bedrooms at the back of the building and the curtains in de Master bedrooms were too small (so you wake up at 7 from the sunlight). For us not the biggest problem as w have 2 small kids that wake us top at the same time anyway, but we've discussed it with the owner and she will most likely fix this.

Very nice apartment in a great location. Fantastic view overlooking the marina and beach. Lovely balcony with comfortable seating area. Company that managed the property were very helpful with regards to obtaining keys and checking in and out.

Owner insisted on receiving 500e damage deposit by bank transfer in advance. We respected the property and left it in excellent order. We then struggled to get full deposit back as bank charges & currency exchange rates were deducted. Owner reluctant to cover these costs initially. End result was we lost 30e although we caused no damage. Be aware of this when travelling from the UK. Hopefully owner will find a better way of managing this process as was time-consuming and stressful to sort out.

Absolutely stunning views!!!! Nice contemporary kitchen very well equipped as well as the entire apartment. Confortable beds. Spacious, nice bathrooms. Definitely recommend!!!!
