1-dirty dishes in the dishwasher and in the cabinet.
2-Bad cleaning with dirt and hair on the floor and dust on furniture and windowsills.
3-A lot of the blinds do not go all the way down so light come in while trying to sleep.
4-Master has a window that’s missing a blind so good luck sleeping in.
5-The two bedroom beds are on the same thin wall so no privacy.
6-Master bed easily slides and makes noise.
7-dining room window has no screen so when open to let air through flies and birds fly in.

My guess is that the owner has not stayed here recently and the Property Manager‘s and cleaning team is not paying attention to details.

It wasn't clear that this unit had absolutely no view of the ocean from the unit. You had to walk out the door & down the walkway to see just a small glimpse of the ocean. We saw pictures of tables on a rooftop deck with an ocean view which wasn't accessible to us so that was disappointing. Also the guest BBQ grills are hidden behind the dumpsters in the unprotected parking lot which doesn't really make for a fun BBQ experience. The beds were a little hard & my husband had back pain after our 3 nights. The dishes, glasses & utensils were dirty, almost like the cleaning crew unloaded a dirty dishwasher. Though, the glasses were so dirty & scratched up that the Prop Mgmt Co had to replace all of them our first day. They also replaced an inoperable hair dryer. Don't be fooled by the sign about plush robes in the closet, because they don't exist. Some of the bath towels were old, dingy, & one had huge holes in it. There was also a huge layer of dust on the light fixtures & ceiling fans, I almost wanted to get up there to clean them myself. But since I paid a $150 cleaning fee, I will leave it up to the Prop Mgmt Co.Also, you will have to bring your own board games or deck of cards for group entertainment because there's nothing in the unit. I went to the Price St Market down the street to buy a deck of cards. The TVs & AV system are small and antiquated by today's standards and were not user-friendly so we used my laptop to watch movies & listen to music. FINAL WORD: we were there for the beach & this worked nicely. If cleaner & better stoc

The master bedroom is large and the closet can fit a pack 'n play in it (important to everyone traveling with little kids). If your kid sleeps better than mine, there is also plenty of room for a pack 'n play near the bed in the master. Everything in Pismo is really close, so this was super easy to walk to everything.

The rehearsal dinner was at Tolosa winery and the wedding was at Biddle Ranch Vineyard. It was an easy drive to both venues. We all enjoyed walks on the beach and breakfast at the Old West Cinnamon bakery. Family members were from Maryland, Washington DC, Columbus Ohio and Sacramento. And we were able to watch the St. Anthony's Day parade from the balcony. A great time was had by all!

The open floor plan was great! Probably the most important asset for an extended stay is a comfortable bed, and the bed in the master bedroom was excellent! We had no trouble getting a full night’s sleep. Valentina is clean and well-maintained.Valentina is a secure property with gated parking and is within walking distance to the pier, beach, shopping and many great restaurants! The management company office, Coastal Vacation Rentals, is one block away and were very responsive when we had questions or concerns. We’ve used Coastal Vacation Rentals since 2001, and they are the greatest!

It was surprising that no one checks the unit to ensure that heat works, tv components hooked up properly in living room, remotes present, etc. we had to call 3 times and finally we just stopped calling and we fixed things ourselves. For the first day we coukdnt even close the bathroom door because there was some funky lock that locked on the outside and the bolt was out. We tried the unit key, but we were unable to unlock it and waited until the next day to be able to close the door. No one noticed that ahead of time? Garbage disposal was the only thing that remained broken. We shared a remote between the bedroom and the living room and I hooked up the components in living room so we coukd watch a dvd. The young guy at the office was very nice, responsive, and professional each time I called, but when I checked out and listed all the problems with the unit, the woman never apologized, but took notes seemingly uninterested. What annoyed me the most was the large deposit and very strict rental agreement I had to sign threatening to keep my deposit for so many items that weren't even present or in working order to begin with. Upon signing that one would assume this unit would have been perfect.We did like the location of the unit and the fact that we mostly walked to really great restaurants and the beach. We also liked the fact that we coukd take the whole family and weren't right on top of each other. It was very roomy and comfortable. We might try this place again because outside of the disappointments of the unit, we really did have a good time. I just hope the management company gets their act together.
