Location is great a few minutes walk from the main square.

Nice location and nice view from the balcony. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, stores and bakery. Free parking in a shaded area. Nice rooms and beds. Helpful staff.
No air conditioner in the kitchen area and a fridge that gave off a lot of heat. Had the effect of a heater and made the kitchen area boiling hot - at least during the heatwave in July.

The apartment was very spacious and it provided a parking spot even a little further from the building. I asked if I could add an extra night and they said yes with a better price. The guy that gave us the key was very polite and the owner seemed very polite too from the phone.
The floor of the apartment was not clean. We walked barefoot in the apartment and our feet were full of dust. Also there were ants walking around the whole kitchen- bench, table, floor. In addition they had forgotten to provide toilet paper and hand soap. When I asked for them of course they gave me.

Loved everything about it. Aircon was amazing in the heatwave. Best view down over the village across the bay and up to the castle from the large balcony. 2 mins walk down to the village, with lovely tavernas etc
Parking & access is a bit stressful on road down to town but necessary evil for the fabulous position!

Spacious two bed apartment, lovely views from balconies, clean with all the things we could need. Great location to a few restaurants. Only reason for a 9 was because it was raining for a couple of days and my sister got the room with Netflix.....lol

Loved the location and how pretty it was! There’s no where else in Assos we’d want to have stayed.
Maybe there was some small mould in the bathroom that could be cleaned a bit better but mostly we loved everything.

Lovely property in a great location. The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped. We appreciated the warm welcome too! We hired a car, and it was an excellent base for exploring the top half of the island (Myrtos, Fiskardo, Sami etc). Assos itself is beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!

Location was perfect. Just a short walk to restaurants and to the supermarket. Beautifully designed modern apartment in a pretty, traditional building. Balconies with great views all around.

The apartment is gorgeous, with two beautiful balconies, very close to the bay and the local restaurants. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The host was prompt and helpful in fixing an unexpected issue with locks.
The location of the apartment on Google Maps was incorrect (both typing its name and on entering the full address provided), resulting in a dirt-road detour. We later found that it was correct on Booking.com's own map, and are sure the Google location will be updated to match.

The property is located arround 50m distance from the harbor, where you cand find a few tavernas. Private parking place available. The rooms are very nice decorated, modern design, high quallity materials, attention to every detail. Sparking clean. Superb view, everyting like in the pictures.

The appartement lies directly on the ridge so you have a fee to the south as well as the north. And to both sides a balcony. Breakfast balcony is in the shade until 11am in summer.
