We had an absolutely amazing time at this beautiful and clean property. The owners were AMAZING in communicating with us and asking us what we needed to make our stay exceptional. Couldn't have asked for better customer service. It was a little warm in the upper rooms but it was unseasonably warm during the time we were there. We had fans in each room which was helpful. We'll definitely be back!

Perfect vacation retreat! Great floor plan for large group, well equipped. Lots of water toys and the patio and view was fabulous. Good location for shopping and restaurants.

Open floor plan allowed for kids spreading out with toys. The sleeping spaces were discreet and private. Perfect combo.

We had a mini family reunion here - loved being around family and spending time together. The house was great - having the kayaks and paddle boards was wonderful - we used them a lot - along with others we brought with us. We spent lots of time outside - as it was HOT - over 100 when we were there. Would have loved to have an umbrella or two to be able to sit on the dock in shade - as well as on the porch in the shade. Would have also like to have seeting for more to eat meals on the patio. But we made it work with what was there. The house was hot - as there is no air - conditioner and it was during a VERY hot time. The upstairs was very hot for those sleeping there. We loved the pool table and game room. A high chair would have been nice - as it is hard to travel on a plane with one. Beautiful home - well maintained. Thank you for helping to make our reunion so special and memorable.

Great house, greater owners
We loved this spot just off the main lake! The owners are very nice and stay in contact if you need anything. We would definitely book again and recommend to anyone as a vacation spot. Thanks again for everything!!

This is a large home right on the water with a beautiful serene view of the mountains. Our family enjoyed the 3 kayaks and 2 paddle boards, the pool table and the location--quiet and yet close to town. It was perfect!

Fantastic Family Gathering Home
Our family of 13, aged 4 to 73 years, had a wonderful time in this home with a perfect location and a beautiful, serene view. The house is late, and while the layout is a bit unusual, it provided community space and private space for all. The included 3 kayaks and 2 paddle boards were a a big hit, as was the pool table. The extra refrigerator and washer/dryer also were much appreciated.
The owners were incredibly kind and responsive, and provided the most detailed inventory we've ever experienced in over 15 years of vacation home rentals.
We highly recommend this property!

This is a large home right on the water with a beautiful serene view of the mountains. Our family enjoyed the 3 kayaks and 2 paddle boards, the pool table and the location--quiet and yet close to town. It was perfect!

Beautiful large house that was well stocked! I do not recommend for families with small children. Balcony upstairs had access to the roof, large staircase, and brick patio that the kids kept falling on and hurting themselves. If you have a large group it was a good place that was close to everything.

Our extended family got together for Labor Day weekend at this property. It was roomy, clean, gorgeous views, and the absolute BEST location. The property manager was extremely responsive if we had questions. Highly recommend you stay here, it’s wonderful.

Perfect for the teens in our group to gather and have their own space. The kayaks and paddleboards were a hit with everyone. The house is extremely well appointed; especially the kitchen. Close to Sandpoint for any quick shopping you need to do. The owner is super friendly and communicative. It was clear that she wanted everything to be perfect for us. Thanks! We'll be back.
