The gym is excellent (however it is 100 degrees in there), the showers are great, and everything has an updated feel. The front desk concierge named Emily saved our stay by fixing an issue for us.

We are repeat customers and love this property because of the updated bathrooms. We were originally placed in a handicapped room with a shower that was not a walk-in, and the room was not what we expected or wanted. We asked to switch rooms for the updated bathroom with a walk-in shower and the young girl at the front desk would NOT accommodate us. First, this was our Valentine's weekend trip, we were expecting the room we had and loved previously. We were put in the handicapped room which did not seem right because there were other rooms available. When we asked to switch rooms she asked if we had dirtied the room, we were only in the room for 2 seconds and the only thing that was touched was the sink to wash our hands after traveling. She denied our request to switch rooms because "there wasn't staff to clean our room" after we washed our hands... This was extremely disappointing because we did not pay these rates to stay in a less updated room with a shower curtain that did not look clean. The next morning Emily was at the front desk, we explained to her what happened the previous night, and she instantly switched our rooms, brought us up a luggage cart, and was SO helpful. If it wasn't for her understanding and willingness to accommodate, we would never have come back. She has been at the desk the previous times we had stayed as well and she is always kind and lovely. The dates of our stay was 2/10 - 2/12. The girl at the front desk around 6pm on 2/10 was unhelpful and not understanding to us.

I appreciated the room's size and decor. The bathroom was also generously sized, I thought, as one person. The best thing of all was the shower; I loved that the shower control is located at the shower entrance and away from the shower head!

Very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was very kind.

No hot water in shower. Lots of loud banging sounds from room next door which made our wall and bed shake.
