The room is quite big for family and the facilities inside is quite complete like we rent an apartment. The staff are friendly and helpful. Check in and check out quick.
You need improve the taste and menu option for breakfast. Maybe you should reconsider how to make rain flow outside not came in to room.

Great staff very helpfull
Enough convenient room (304) for a short stay max 2 nights because room has no daylight window. Indoor light from the hallway was shining through the roll curtain during the night. This can be solved with another curtain.
You def need transportation to get around. There are no little shops around the corner but there is a nice bakery next to the hotel where you can get your breakfast/ lunch.

I like it's unique design, not crowded and just enough. The room is clean and well maintained.

pro: nice room size for 4 adults, Netflix and wifi was available, hot water available , service was excellent, parking space was limited but staff always tried to help us finding the space. location was ideal. the food and coffee of bakery next door was delicious.
con: too expensive probably becoz it's high season, room was too dark, mattress was too hard for my liking, I personally allergic to dust mite. our room facing parking lot. not really soundproof. we can hear people talking outside our room.

Everything that a parents could ever needs when traveling with family, especially kids. Electric stove, water dispenser, dishes, cutlery set, dinner table, Netflix, and WiFi. The bed also comfy and the kids loved the bunk bed.
The WiFi got trouble several times

For a family hotel this hotel for sure have problem if you travel with kids. If you get 2nd floor room, your kids will not be able to play around as you will get complain from room below
Other than that, we enjoy our stay here

I like the external environment of the venue. There are a lot of co-working space for us to chill and eat.
The room was smaller than what was shown in the picture. The location was a little far from the main street.

I love the cute, clean and well equipped room. The design is also amazing.
Stairs to 3rd floor. Well it is small hotel and someone left dirty wipe and open tooth brush at the wash bassin.
