Das kleine Hotel liegt sehr praktisch mit guter Anfahrt und Parkplatz. Zudem hat man einen fantastischen Blick über den Gardasee. Alle sind sehr freundlich, entspannt und unkompliziert (vor allem mit dem Hund).

What I liked about my stay is unfortunately 100% orientated around the position/location which I cannot fault at all

To truly put my feedback into the right and balanced context... Myself and my partner are probably the least needy clients that a hotel/B&B could probably have. That coupled with the fact that we were both entirely focused on celebrating our wonderful relationship (and therefore not easily distracted by experienced or attitudes). That said, from the very start, our welcome from the general manager (owner?) was at best flat and cold. Other more junior staff, tried their best to improve on our experience - but in an commercial sector a culture, and therefore mood, drips down from the top and throughout our stay we felt utterly forgotten and certainly not valued. The interior of a room lacked attention and was furnished very randomly and at times with damaged surfaces (like the balcony table).

Nobody around before 6pm to check us in! had to pass time at a local shop to use a loo! Although the property had a restaurant - which looked nice, it had no options for breakfast. we had not appreciated this. At night the restaurant had live music. Fine if you are in-dancing mood but less good if you really need to sleep!

Location and view were AMAZING!!! Nature beauty is fantastic there. The room was nice, clean with beautiful view to the lake and mountains. Special thanks to the owner for the hospitality, delicious cuisine in the restaurant and the caring attitude of the staff.
