The cabin was awesome for a large group, in which we had for my daughters wedding. Everything was perfect.

We had a wonderful trip city was really cute and great Mountain View’s the house was not so good. Overall this rental property needs some work done. We had water leakage and could not us shower or jacuzzi in master bedroom . Water leaked into downstairs bedroom causing bed to get wet also water leaked into dining room area from another source could be shower upstairs because tub had a large crack in middle. House fireplace is electrical and timed to shut off every hour. Wi-Fi terrible TVs were an issue . Stove needs to be replaced. Only one of the two hot tubs worked . Overall would not recommend .

First let me say that I booked this trip a year in advance so the last year of reviews obviously weren’t there to read . Other reviews stated they had issues with stove and hot tub not working so I reached out and was told that it would be checked and everything would be in working order . When we arrived , one of the hot tubs weren’t working , the tub on the top floor had a big crack in it so that was one bathroom that was unavailable for use, one of the burners on the stove weren’t working . The Batman game didn’t work . Fireplace didn’t work. The cabin advertises sleeps 32 and pictures show blankets and quilts on EVERY bed. When it was time for showering and bed, we realized there were only 2 wash cloths in the whole house and the majority of beds had only sheets on them ….. no blankets and no quilts . I spoke with 2 different people thru chat that told me a work order had been sent to take care of this . No additional bedding was sent that night. We had 6 kids ages 2 and under so that was very upsetting . It wasn’t until 2 chats and 2 phone calls later that we received blankets and wash cloths . FOUR times I reached out before getting any attention to my concerns. . We paid almost $5000 for 3 nights and should have NEVER had this experience ! Whomever goes in and checks the cabins prior to check in needs to be fired . I would not recommend this cabin .

Spacious with great views
The property was really nice. It had really great views from every room. The hot tub and the jacuzzi were a great touch to the property. We did have issues with the cleanliness of the property. There was hair in some of the showers and sinks. There was no small trash cans or bags in some of the bathrooms. The outlets in the kitchen and the dining room went out. Robert, the property maintenance guy came in and fix the issues we were having including the jacuzzi. He was so awesome and really nice about everything especially compared to the first guy who wasn't happy to be there and it was very clear he was ready to go. He didn't answer any questions and was out within minutes and didn't fix anything. After Robert came in and fix the issues, we could really relax and enjoy our trip.

The house is and met the needs of our group incredibly well. Unfortunately after checking with the owner before we booked about the hot tubs both hot tubs still did not work for our entire stay. We called the front desk three different times and they kept telling us that it would eventually heat up but unfortunately it never did. The other hot tub was losing water when the Jets were turned on. The kitchen is not really fully stocked for that large of a group. One blender wasn’t working. One burner on the stove was not working properly as well. Again the house size and the cleanliness of the house was perfect for our group. We were very disappointed in the hot tub’s as that was a special perk and one of the reasons we wanted the house

We discovered it after we went out and bought groceries for the entire stay to only not be able to cook 1 meal. We wanted to be able to cook and eat meals as a family instead ended up having to eat out every single meal the entire stay. We called right away and maintenance came out a day later thought it was fixed and was not. Called again and came back out a day later to discover there was an electrical issue with the stove and would not able to use. We had to through away hundreds of dollars of groceries. The hot tub could not be used it was so dirty. The dishwasher was disgusting and could not be used and kept leaking after it was fixed then the kitchen sink backed up. One of the sinks upstairs was backed up and leaked. The company knew they had electrical issues with the stove and still rented it to us. I would not recommend this place!

And two of the games they included were not working and they said they were coming to fix it and never showed up. When we got a complimentary call to ask how things were going we told them about everything broke and he showed up didn’t fix anything said he would be back showed up the next after noon said he figured it out and then never showed up again. We also had some things left at the cabin which was our fault but when we called to ask for the stuff they kept giving the run around and finally after 5 calls they said they didn’t find anything when we new for a fact we lunch a whole luggage bag of clothes and they didn’t turn them in. Overall very disappointed in our stay and service we will never be staying in these again.

We booked this property for a spring break vacation with extended family. Aside from a few issues that were promptly fixed by the resort, we enjoyed every bit of our stay. The property was as pictured with two hot tubs, arcade games, and pool table. We had 18 in our party and had more than enough beds and lounging spaces. The kitchen was well equipped with eating utensils and cooking utensils, but the pots and pans were not adequate to cook with and we ended up buying our own. There were plenty of towels for us as well.
We really enjoyed our stay and know where to come back to the next time!

I’ll start with the one and only good thing about Gatlinburg Falls: Robert the maintenance guy.
Now the worst: we didn’t have a working oven all weekend. Danny, with maintenance came out Saturday night - hours after we checked in and hours after we called, to fix the oven that wouldn’t even turn on. However, he said it’s an electrical issue and that an electrician would be out the next morning. An electrician never came out, the whole weekend we were there. Therefore we never had an oven to use, for a group of 25 people who all brought grocery’s, most of which required an oven.
One of the two hot tubs were broken. Danny, with maintenance said that it needed a part fixed and if he had the part that he could fix it. Danny never came back to fix the hot tub. However, Robert with maintenance came out the next day and spent all day at our cabin fixing the hot tub. Unfortunately it never got warm enough for us to use. But, thank goodness for Robert.
We did have a working stove top, so we tried to make due with that but we didn’t have pots and pans. There was one frying pan in the house to cook for a group of 25 people.
The upstairs bathroom sink pipe busted Sunday night and water started leaking down into the main space from upstairs. Maintenance couldn’t fix it because they didn’t have a pipe to fix it.
There was a few other minor issues that I’ll leave out of this review. I will say, the managers on duty, every day were very apologetic. I was partially compensated for the laundry list of issues with our cabin. But, I can assure you that I will never stay here again.
