This home has everything! The house was clean and we have never seen a kitchen so well stocked. There were so many beach toys, chairs, towels and boogie boards to enjoy. The owner describes the home perfectly in her posting. Our family had a wonderful time with plenty of space for everyone. We didn't want to leave! Sunsets are amazing from the roof top.

Beautifully situated in Oceanside within steps of the beach - so close where you could hear the waves in the evening. Close proximity to downtown and the Oceanside pier along with ease of access to local restaurants and shops. Our host was fantastic - super responsive and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay during Thanksgiving. The property is amazing and has high ceilings and plenty of space to sleep and spread out. Would highly recommend and would return here again for future stays. Thank you so much for hosting our family.

We wanted a welcoming place for our family to celebrate graduation of our son from USMC Recon training at Camp Pendleton. This house was perfect for us- awesome location, super clean and comfortable, and an amazing roof top terrace where we kicked off each day with coffee and beautiful views of the Pacific. The house lends itself to gathering around the open kitchen/family room, or around dining table or roof top. We had 3 generations in our family here - we’d come back in a heartbeat. Special place for a very memorable occasion. And Carolyn was a pleasure to work with in all aspects of our visit.

This house we such a blessing for everyone in our family! It didn't fall short in way of what we all expected. We spent most of our time on the roof top enjoying time at the table that over looks the ocean. We saw dolphins countless times and would 100% recommend this house in house in a heart beat!

Very large comfortable house for 2 families. Beach was at least a 10 min walk. Safe and quiet community. Spent every morning and every evening on the rooftop patio. Beautiful view.

Lovely, spacious, CLEAN home with plenty of room for our family to spread out. AMAZING rooftop deck - we spent many evenings there with cocktails watching dolphins and the sunset. Great location for walking around Oceanside and proximity to other parts of San Diego County for day trips. Owner was communicative and responsive but not intrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

Two families coming in for a short stay - we drove, our friends flew in. We picked this house based on proximity to the beach, the views and the appointments. We were not disappointed! This place had everything! The rooms were perfect for both families. There was plenty of space to spread out when we were home. But the best part was having everything there that we needed - beyond what we expected! (airfryer?!) Even the kids were impressed! We took full advantage of the beautiful rooftop firepit table every night, rode bikes to the pier (we brought a few of our own) and used the cooler and umbrellas when we went to the beach. The house was clean, with a great location and beautifully appointed. We will most definitely be back! Thank you for an amazing trip!

We loved our stay at this property. Carolyn was awesome to work with. She answered any questions we had. The house was very accommodating to our needs. The kitchen was very well stocked. The beach access and the gear provided was exactly what we were wanting. Loved the roof access and views up there. The only negative was we had to leave and come back home!

We enjoy Carolyn’s house. It was like we expected and like it has been show on the pictured. Excelent location for other Orange beachs, clean and neat. Safe for all the family. Carolyn prompt response to question was plus. We will can back.

We had a family group, ages 1 1/2 to 64. The room and bathroom setup was ideal for everyone. The property is excellent, well-stocked, the rooftop is fun, and the location in Oceanside cannot be beat. It was an easy walk to the coast path every morning. We looked hard for a no-pets-allowed property and appreciated the great condition of this one. I am pretty picky about cleanliness and upkeep and I have zero complaints here; so appreciated to find such a nice rental in a fun place.

This house is a must if you want a nice clean place to stay. Plenty of room for your family. Loved the fact of the two masters as we had two families with us. Close enough to the beach for the kids to have some fun. The host is super responsive and answers any questions in a timely manner. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Property was as advertised, excellent location, well appointed accommodating all our needs, and walking distance to the pier and the restaurant /shopping district in Oceanside. Owner's attention to detail and response to our inquiries was perfect. Highly recommend renting this property.

We've stayed at many vacation rentals and this one tops the list. Plenty of space for everyone in our group, comfortable beds, plenty of towels and a fully stocked kitchen with top-of-the-line utensils. We didn't go to the beach as it was cold and rainy, but if we did, there was every necessity imaginable. Beach chairs, totes, bikes, bike helmets. Check-in/check-out was a breeze and Carolyn was so easy to communicate with. As others have mentioned, the rooftop afforded amazing views. We will definitely be returning!

The property was as described, the view was absolutely stunning. The property is located close to everything. The sellers communicate was great and prompt. Great experience at this property! Had all the amenities and then some for our family of 4 + in-laws. Super convenient check-in, and great launching point for our visits to Legoland & SD Zoo. While our stay wasn't long enough to enjoy Oceanside much (beach was literally across the street), we appreciated knowing all the extras like bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc we're at our fingertips if needed. Carolyn the owner was great at proactively communicating that the previous renters forgot to take the trash to the outside bins before the city pickup, and worked out a deal with the neighbors to use their bins when we left! 5 stars across the board, would definitely book this property again!

We booked this house for our family vacation. The house is beautiful, had everything we needed and more. The kitchen is large and stocked. We used it everyday. The rooftop was amazing. We enjoyed morning coffee, sunsets and wine and games in the evening up there. Carolyn was quick to answer any questions we had. We miss it already!

A View Worth Every Penny
We went to meet with family and had an amazing time. Our favorite spot was the rooftop patio. We used that more than any other room in the house!! The view was amazing!! We even got to see Orcas from up there! The house had everything we needed and more! It was fabulous!! I highly recommend this property!!

Best experience ever in Oceanside.
We have a son here in Oceanside & plan our family trip here every July. This is by far worth the extra money we spent this year. We are leaving tomorrow & wanted to make sure I left a review because I’m bad about not following thru. This lady has anything & everything you could need. Shampoo,conditioner, bath wash, any detergent & cleaners you might need. Sunscreen, seasonings, you name it, it’s there, and if you buy stuff, you will feel compelled to leave it. The beautiful home is in perfect,like new condition. They take very good care of this home. This is why we never had to call one time during our stay. We had 7 adults & 2 teens & had plenty of space & a sleeper sofa in our room that wasn’t mentioned.. My family & I had the most fun & forgot to mention so many games we played each night. Property was above And beyond what we expected. Walking distance (20 minutes) to beach, pier,
House well stocked with sand toys, boogie boards, bikes, and sand chair making this ideal fir families traveling a distance. Spacious dining room table, kitchen, and roof top eating area created a nice atmosphere for family dinners. House well kept. Lay out good. Host extremely responsive. Excellent.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 7 people stayed here comfortably (5 adults, 2 kids). The kitchen was well-stocked. We managed to make a beef tenderloin roast dinner for 9 with no problems! The rooftop deck was an added bonus with beautiful views. While the weather did not cooperate, we were warm and cozy for Christmas.

Awesome spot in Oceanside - highly recommend!
Outstanding house for our family of 6. Close enough to pier and downtown that we could walk, but far enough away that it was peaceful. House is set up great with big bedrooms, plenty of hangout space, and all the kitchen amenities we needed. Property manager super responsive and very nice. We would stay there again for sure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 7 people stayed here comfortably (5 adults, 2 kids). The kitchen was well-stocked. We managed to make a beef tenderloin roast dinner for 9 with no problems! This property is a great vacation rental. Everything is like new and very nicely appointed. It is in a good location and the views from the roof top are spectacular.
The layout is perfect for two families staying together with essentially two master suites (one a true master, the other with a king bed and on suite bathroom). There is a place for the kids to watch TV and another for the adults to hang out and talk. There are TVs in every room with the ability to cast from your own device. It was nice to have a garage for two cars.
The kitchen is well stocked with new pans and appliances. It has everything you could want.
The beach is just across the road and is rocky (pebbles). If you want a sandy beach there is one up at the pier about a 15/20 minute walk, or use the bikes that are provided. They have plenty of buggy boards and sand toys.
The owner was very responsive and caring. Overall, one of our top vacation rentals. Enjoy a glass of wine on the roof with the sunset!
