The apartment was just as the pictures and description shows. the owner was so easy to reach and even gave us access early check in. The pool hours were not listed in description and once we got there and finally found where clubhouse/pool was located hours were 8-5:30 we wish they were opened later as our kids would of loved swimming after dinner. Overall was a great experience and such a lovely place to stay. Would recommend and revisit!

The property was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The condo was well stocked with towels, beach chairs, games and beach toys. It was very clean, and beautifully decorated. Parking was excellent. The elevator was a plus. We enjoyed the pool and the view of the beach. However, We encountered a few dislikes. I don’t feel we had the view that was portrayed in the pictures. The pool and the beach were too far away to be enjoyed the way we wanted to enjoy them. Was a little disappointed that the bar and cafe on the adult side was not open. I also didn’t read anything in the description about the rocks under the water on the beach. The batteries in the door lock must be low. It beeped most of the time. But not that much of a distraction. Overall it was a great trip. We enjoyed time with our friends and are looking forward to our beach trip next year.

We had the most amazing stay at the condo. The condo itself is so clean, beautifully decorated and very spacious. It is equipped with everything you would want for a stay with family and friends. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, which overlooks a golf course. The beds are very comfortable. The location is great. It's in a beautiful neighborhood and it's very walkable. It's an easy walk to the beach, which is beautiful, and to the pools. We especially enjoyed the quiet pool, which overlooks the beach. There are many things to do within driving distance. We enjoyed many nearby restaurants. We had a great time going on a kayak tour and playing pickleball at a nearby park. There are many different beaches that are close. St. Augustine is about 35 minutes away. And Flagler Beach is very close as well. We hope to return one day. It's a relaxing haven from the busy world.

Everything was beautiful

We booked this property after looking for place a short drive from Orlando. Planned to take my family including 3 young daughters to the beach. We found the place online, looked good, read reviews and booked. Turns out, all the reviews centered around the condo. It was once we looked on reviews from other properties/sites that Cinnamon Beach is made up of course shells that aren't pleasant to walk on - and the beach has rocks that are dangerous for anyone especially young kids. Look at google maps satellite view. We should have. We asked the owners if we could cancel and they said no, its site policy despite the fact we booked last minute. Was hoping they could work with us some way because we made up our minds we couldn't stay there. Had to book somewhere else. We never went to the property. Never got an email from the owner to even see if we made it okay. And, of course, no offer to refund even the cleaning fee - since it wasn't even used. Haven't heard from them since we booked. It was our mistake for booking in a place that has dangerous rocks that bash children (according to other reviews). But the owner offered no support. I don't know why you would want to stay in Cinnamon Beach But if you do, I would find another property to stay at.

We had such an amazing time during our stay here. The surroundings were beautiful and so many fun things to do close by. The beds were super comfy and we had everything we needed there! Definitely will book with them again next time we come.
