Beautiful property and great setup for family. Could not be happier with stay.

Close enough to drive in to Santa Fe but far enough for great views. The owners had thought of everything and the Kokopelli management was great

We could not have been happier with our stay. This home is up in the hills above Bishop Lodge with a beautiful, west-facing, unobstructed view of the valley and mountains beyond. This home is well appointed and cared for. A short, 5 minute drive to the Plaza or an even shorter drive to Tesuque Market and El Nido. This home is in an area of zero-lot-line casitas but is well sited on the property for privacy and views. Parking is very convenient. We enjoyed our stay!

As good or better than advertised. Perfect location for exploring Santa Fe and vicinity. 5 minutes to city center, yet far away. Back patio/sunsets were fantastic.

Beautiful and tasteful home just a short drive from Plaza. FABULOUS views and faces west for sunset cocktails on the patio. Master bed was very comfy and kitchen well equipped. Kids enjoyed having their own queen size bed in guest room. Would definitely stay here again. Maintenance responded timely to our request

A great, luxury property tucked in the Santa Fe hills. We loved it. Great room and kitchen were terrific and plenty of space for our kids to relax. Master suite is very comfortable and spacious.

This property was perfect for our family of 5. The kids had their own room, and the master suite was huge. Very clean and well designed. The living room was beautiful with a great fireplace and windows opening to a beautiful view. We will be back to breathe deep and relax again.

I booked this home for the 6 of us, 4 adults and 2 young children. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We would stay there again.

The property was immaculate and location just perfect. Views from patio and pool were spectacular every day! The villa provided every need. Linens were very nice and beds most comfortable. I would definitely recommend this to friends and can’t wait to return to Casa de Cabello. Sunsets each night were breathtaking.

This property is located on a beautiful stretch of road just outside the city center. It's a quiet, well-maintained property that really allows you to relax. The views from every room are breathtaking and there are several outdoor patios to take advantage of. The layout of the unit gives everyone privacy. We spent our trip skiing at Ski Santa Fe and exploring the city. We were so close to everything. We didn't want to leave, and we'll certainly be back!

We loved our stay!! It was cold and snowy while on our visit. The fireplace was amazing and used daily. The kitchen was well stocked and used often. Nice size bedrooms with top of line sheets and brand new towels. We will return!!

This home was perfect for our 5 day visit with another couple. We didn't cook, but the kitchen was well stocked. The view was lovely and the home was nicely decorated and clean with good beds. While the air conditioning didn't work, it was fine since our friends from Palm Desert were already freezing, even with the 80 degree temps. :-) A main improvement would be a large flat screen over the fireplace.

A beautiful setting just outside the Santa Fe city limits. Was a wonderfully, peaceful respite from our hectic city life. The accommodations were perfect for our family of four. The extra bedroom with 2 queens was great for our older kids and the master was very spacious. The evening and morning views were stunning. We are regular visitors to Santa Fe and will definitely keep this location at the top of our list. We typically stay in town near the plaza but the view and peaceful setting of this villa made it well worth the 3-5 minute drive from the city center.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this house for one month and liked a lot of things about it. It is modern, spacious for 2 or 4 people, has great views, is just 8 minutes from the Plaza, is safe, stays nice and warm even when the weather gets cold and is great for taking short walks. We would stay here again and also rent through Kokopelli who were always friendly and courteous; and though helpful, sometimes it was a few days before help arrived. However, the house also had some shortcomings. Some items did not work and even after “calling them in” were never fixed. The oven, landline phone and ice cube maker never worked. We could not open the screen door to the patio from the living room, so we accessed the patio via the front door. Several things should have been ready for guests but were not: the TV in the master bedroom did not work, the shower in the guest bathroom needed repair, the hot water for the master bath was lukewarm, there were no logs for the fireplaces, the clocks were not set and the bed in the master bedroom was not made up for guests. We made the bed and other than logs for the fireplaces (which were not needed) Kokopelli corrected the rest—but it took a few days. Also, many kitchen items typically available in short term rentals were not available. So we made at least the following purchases: 2 bowls for soup/cereal, several food storage containers, a brush for cleaning the dishes, a small skillet, 2 light bulbs and 2 ice trays. We left these items for the next tenants. Some items which the owner might consider purchasing are: some mixing bowls, serving bowls, tea spoons, a salad bowl, a cheese grater and serving spoons. If six persons are to use the house then a few more plates and more silverware should be made available. Finally, it would have been helpful to have instructions available for the house (TV, heating system, etc.) and much more information on Santa Fe in general (restaurants, activities, etc
