Meet our expectations

This is a very nice condo right on the golf course with beautiful views down towards the ocean. The bathrooms are newly updated. The Grand Champions condo complex is not located on the beach but is not too long a walk away. Some of our family members walked to the beach and back nearly every morning. The condo was stocked with some beach gear, some of which had seen better days. There were two brand new snorkel sets, 4 beach chairs (but 2 were broken and not usable), a broken umbrella (but still basically useable), and a ton of beach towels. There are places on Maui where you can rent all this stuff, but we made do with what was supplied and we were happy to have it. The owner was great to communicate with, providing lots of tips and recommendations before the stay. She arranged for two parking spots for our rental cars too. There was a local contact if any issues came up, but we didn’t have any problems during our stay. We didn’t venture anywhere near Lahaina or West Maui and there was still so much to do - Road to Hana, the two areas of Haleakala National Park (The volcano summit for a hike and to watch the sunset and the Pipiwai Trail in the Kipahulu District), plentiful swimming and snorkeling beaches nearby, Kihei and Wailea for restaurants. On the way back from the summit we went to Kula in the “Upcountry” and had a wonderful dinner at the Kula Bistro. There were some sobering signs of the recent fires in the Kula area. Locals were all very welcoming.

We really enjoyed our time here. Everything was as advertised and it was a beautiful location and very comfortable for six guests.

Six of us family members stayed here for a week. The owner was very helpful in sending us info on local restaurants, activities, beaches, etc and was an absolutely super communicator. Beach supplies like towels, chairs, and snorkels were a big help. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals. Beds were comfortable. Sunsets from the lanai were beautiful. Convenient parking. Nice pool and hot tub steps away from the unit. We had a few hiccups with the property, but they were quickly resolved in a very friendly manner--again, great communication with the owner. The property could use, and will soon be getting, some updates, which will no doubt bring it up to a solid 5 star level. Would definitely recommend this property.

We are so glad we found this place - we greatly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for us - close to dining and the beach; the rooms were clean and pleasant and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and we spent a good amount of time on the patio while we were there - no need to go anywhere else for the beautiful sunsets! Jackie was fantastic as well - very responsive and gave us many helpful recommendations. Thank you so much, Jackie!

We rented the condo for our family the week of our wedding. The location was perfect…close to the beach we were married at as well as others, shopping and many restaurants. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. It was peaceful and quiet the entire time we were there. The kids enjoyed the extra beach supplies and swimming at the pool daily. You can watch beautiful sunsets right off the lanai. Jackie was very helpful sending recommendations for food, attractions, etc. We would definitely return! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Well furnished and very comfortable condo. Great location. A near perfect vacation. (If I had a good golf game it would have been perfect).

This place was great! View off the patio was amazing! Location was ideal! Communicating with the owner was super easy and she was very friendly and helpful. The condo was very spacious and we loved sitting on the patio every morning watching the view and the golfers. My family and I spent a wonderful week here making memories and we will definitely come back again.

While the property managers were super nice and responsive, the overall experience was sub par for a few reasons: Some smell thru out house/ maybe it was the humid weather Large live Cockroach found near sofa on the first day/ kids refused to sit there throughout the trip. It was disgusting. Cleanliness not great / requires a deep cleaning AC in guest room not cooling well / would shut off and on. Also very loud. Wifi was very terrible / worked on and off and was extremely frustrating to deal with Broken blinds & lack of privacy with the master facing the parking lot Limited bedding Lack of towels Limited supplies like trash bags, paper towels, sheets etc. We ended up buying supplies since we did not have enough. Overall the stay was okay; we expected more after paying such a large price.

Our whole family stayed in the 2 Grand Champion units (69, and 170) because there are 11 of us we had to split up. Both units were beautifully appointed , had views of the golf course, beach and ocean. 2 swimming pools close by , enjoyed by all. Grills by each pool for outdoor grilling and eating. Highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful time at the property. 6 adults (2 couples & 2 singles) accommodated easily. Great view, very clean, well stocked, and near everything in Wailea. Two pools within 100 feet. Easy walk to the shops at Wailea, several restaurants, and the beach. Fun to watch the golfers playing the Blue course. Make restaurant reservations early most were busy and hard to get same day reservations. The owner was proactive in reaching out to us about a dryer outage and had it repaired as quickly as they could get the parts. Highly recommend.

The location and the views of this place were perfect. Brandon answered all my questions in a very timely manner and was very helpful. The complex had a pack n play and booster chair which was great for our family and I loved that the complex had beach toys and gear for us. Check in and check out was really easy, I would recommend Brandon and Jennifer's place! I did wish the floors were cleaner especially with children around but overall our stay at Brandon and Jennifer's place was great.

At the nearby beach of Keawakapu, you will find a beautiful beach with very little rocks and the occasional sea turtle swimming by. We were on the go every day, and this was a wonderful headquarters for our adventures. The lanai and view were our favorite things about the property. It comfortably fit 6 adults, and everyone raved about how comfy their beds were. The property was well stocked with towels and beach chairs/umbrellas. The nearby pools were also a hit!

Really enjoyed our stay, nice Location. Loved having some beach toys available which was really fun for the kids. Accommodated our entire family Very comfortably. Would love to credit Jackie with superb communication, best I’ve had in my experience so far. Would love to stay there again.
